  1. 5:30 - 11:30 AM

We started out in 100 fow in front of genny river.

    5 rods spread. 500' copper. Riggers 80', 50' with cheater, wires 220, 240 out.

Observing some of the boats heading back to the shore, I turned the boat around only to find baits. Tons of baits inside!

We went 3 for 4 with steelhead, brown and a bonus: Atlantic salmon. SE TROLL TOOK ALL
HITS. Lost a major king due to faulty drag.

Rigger with Bob fuller KOD Spoon took 3 hits. Copper with yellow bl custom paint took big hit and broke offc resulted from a faulty drag.

Hot action in front of genny and Russell.

Did not venture out deep. Spent most of the morning inside waters.

Overall its a great day on the water. Best of luck with LOC Derby.

  2. This is a true sea worthy vessel. I have enjoyed fishing on Rod's boat.

I am sure this will sell  fast. Best of luck to both Rod and a SOON-TO-BE VERY HAPPY BUYER.

  3. Chris is da Captain! Chris has proven once again that fishing for the lakers is a very good thing to do!

The Best part was when the lucky quarter hit on the floor near the rigger and then the rod popped with a nice laker on. The Same corner rigger brought us home loc fish!

    Best of luck to all.

Safety first - check weather often and watch for the wind direction and the speed. Rough water - be safe and stay home so you can fish again the next time. Lady Lake can be unforgiving.

Best of luck on the water.

  5. Awrsome day out there with captain Chris! Without the cowbells, this would have been a day of washing the lures.

The Morning started out slow and yet it ended a bit fast and furious.

I have seen boats turning back to shoreline after scanning for fish in 450 fow.

Good luck to all for LOC DERBY
