One was 31lbs. one was 23 and the third wa smaller and dropped a nice one in the back of the boat. A selection of flashers and all Total Chaos Flys. Of course. 230 to 300 foot out from the south dune. most hits came trolling east as I was doing a east west troll. 100 foot down on the riggers was 45 degrees and we took 2 fish there. 2 400 coppers went and dropped both and 80 foot took the big king. Looks like fishing should pick up soon and good luck to all. ====================

Sat morning was my first full Salmon trip and I did ok in the morning. We did 3 for 6 and in the afternoon trip we did 9 for 15. Sun was just as good hitting 9 for 11 our biggest King landed was around 27lbs we lost 4 real big fish and had many in the mid teens. only 4 shakers and one small lake trout sat night. I just cannot beleive this fishing being this good this early and with fish already pushing 30lbs. There was so much bait around and some bait pods were almost 100 feet deep YES 100 feet deep. I took pictures of my screen to proove it. We fished from Catfish to the big stack in 120 to 200 foot of water. This is crazy good news. Water temps were awesome taking most kings on 75 85 95 105 on riggers and 400 and 500 coppers were good. dippys on a 2 1/2 and 3 out 300 to 350 were good. All green and whites and some chart. in the high sun. some chrome stuff went but green was the hottest. We already broke off 3 flashers lost a 400 copper and 3 other bite offs and this was all in the fist day! Wow were in some trouble this season. Big BIG BIG Kings will be taken this season and I will go on record in saying that you will see several 40 to mid 40 lb class fish this season. This has to be spread though out the fishing world on how great the fishing is. Keeping all this a secret will not help put tourism dollors in our pockets people! WE all count on this type of news and to get people up here! I am tired of the lies and the secrets! Thats why I will share all my fishing info Im not scared!. FISH ONN ====================

We fire a fish at 6:45 and didnt take the next fish till 7:30 which was our 15lb King on a 300 copper and a custom Gator spoon. We took 5 fish on that combo. Dream Weaver metalic frog custom did some to. But a pic on many other spoons. I am still running 10lb. test and my light stuff for Browns but The next time out its all King stuff now. Seeing there some silver to play with. We too 12 for 14. 1 King at 15lbs. 6 Browns and 1 Laker we kept and threw back 4 other shaker Kings and missed two other fish. Not to bad. Fishing seemed to really slow down after around 10 and only the Browns stayed to play till 1 when we left. Inside was all Browns like 40 to 60 foot if you want just those. We did mark some real nice marks I know where Kings so bye bye light stuff and hello KING TIME!! Fishing is still hot so spread the word. Gas is dropping and the rods are popping!! WOO HOO. ====================

Holy cow this is going to be a huge King season I can smell it!! WOO HOO!! 200 and 300 coppers were good and a 7 and 10 color cores earlier in the morning. Dippys took a few on the 20lb wire. Riggers with free sliders also had there time. Hey all, I have a few items I am cleaning out of my boat. I have a set of 3 slightly used Spoon holders. They are white with a strap and snaps and they were custom made. Very nice and in good shape. Set of 3 are $60.00 I have pics. I also have a set of 15 stick baits some used and some new all in really great shape. Used for Walleye and Brown Trout. Some Renagades, Yo-Zuris, Bombers and more all name brands. $30.00 I have pics. I also have a big Plastic box of hooks and more. There is atleast 250 treble hooks of all kinds red included. There is wiggle fins, tinsile flies, cut bait teasers, single hooks, squids, swivels and even some fly rigs. There is prbably 300 hooks in all. All Salmon size and no rust!. I have pics. Hey guys I am in a debate with some guys on the depth of snap weights. To my knowledge I know that every one oz. of a snap weight will get you aprox. 10 feet down. This other guys says 5 feet, whos right??
