Fishing Report Your Name / Boat Name: Captain Rick Pecci Dreams Come True charters ============== TRIP OVERVIEW ============== Date(s): Fri the 8th and sat the 9th Time on Water: total 12 hours Weather/Temp: fri rainy sat nice Wind Speed/Direction: Waves: 1 to 3's Surface Temp: 57 to 66 Location: Mexico Bay Catfish to plant LAT/LONG (GPS Cords): =============== FISHING RESULTS =============== Total Hits: Fri: 47- 14 on fri and 33 on sat Total Boated: 27 Species Breakdown: Mostly Kings and Steelhead with a few Browns mixed in Hot Lure: all stinger spoons in stinger and stingray size Trolling Speed: Down Speed: 2.5 to 2.8 Boat Depth: 50 to 150 Lure Depth: 25 to 75 ==================== SUMMARY & FURTHER DETAILS ==================== Fri was rainy but fishing was good we took mostly browns and a few steelhead and maybe 1 shaker king. Sat we started on the inside in 50 feet of water and caught allot of skippy fish. Kings browns and Steelies so we moved out and then started to hit good fish. 2 nice kings one 18 and one 15 some better Steelhead and a few decent Browns. All Stinger program small stuff on Fri. and mostly greens and blacks with some sort of glow. Sat was Stinger stingray spoons and smaller stingers on sliders. Sliders took the Steelhead 200 300 and 400 coppers and small dippys on a 1 setting out 250 and 275. This will be all diffenrt this upcoming week. Good luck out there!!   5. Stay in shallow for browns in the bay their getting them in 25 to 45 foot of water the last 2 days. Lead cores off boards and riggers. Spoons good luck [ Post made via Android ]

A slow pick on riggers and lead cores. No hits at all on dipsy's. riggers down 30 40 50 or 40 50 60 and 50 to 75 off the ball. 5 6 7 and 8 color cores off the big boards worked the best. All stinger spoons in stinger size and some stingrays. No hot color a arrey of differnt stuff but the glow back alewife fired 4 times down the shute rod deep. Lots of bait out there few marks. Good luck guys it should be getting better soon as I see a good thermal setting up. Tight Lines

We took some nice Browns up to 12 lbs. Stinger spoons did most fish. One on a stick bait and 2 on a Sutton 44. down speed from 2.3 to as high as 2.8. Early rigger set 15 to 25 late rigger set 25 to 40 long off the ball late like 100 feet. Two dippys small size number 0 on a 3 setting out anywhere from 180 to 225. Lead cores on big boards did most of the damage. 5, 6, 7 and 8 color cores were all good. Lots of bait and things are looking real good in the bay!!! Tight lines
