    I am sad to announce tonight we will not be holding the 2019 Oswego Pro Am. The challenges we are currently facing with the weather & water levels. Including docking and launching boats. And some teams being unwilling to make early commitments due to these issues. Makes it hard to move forward reserve tents, order trophy's, etc. Our county Tourism & Planning Dept. which provides a ton of support for the Pro am is already swamped dealing with weather/water related issues which makes it even harder to move forward. Anyone who has signed up will get an immediate refund. I personally will be looking into all ways that will allow us to hold a tournament next year on our same dates. We have been in contact with Sodus Pro Am organizers and it looks like they are still a 100% go right now. Look forward to seeing many of you there! Tight Lines, Tom

    I have heard from a bunch of teams but need to hear from more if there coming. If the weather continues to cooperate it looks like we could be about through with rising water!! Which means we would have over a month of slowly receding water before the Pro Am!! We will continue to gather team & dock info through the weekend and update as we go.     Thanks Vince for your continued help with our event! Look forward to working with a larger group to help improve and promote our tournament. New name decision was an easy one. Kevin was a great guy usually quiet, let his fishing do the talking. Fought his final battle with unbelievable focus & toughness i'll never forget. Thanks to all in advance who step up to help as we move forward!

    Hi Matt, No worries about mis dated As long as you come back in by a 1K aDay registered boat to any Oswego county Port you are good. Then you can transport it by car to the weigh in station. Yes you can enter as many fish as you like in a day since their will be only one winner And you can enter fish each day of the contest even if you entered other fish or won on another day Tom

    We are happy to announce the 2016 Lake Ontario challenge cup series. This year the cup will include the Niagara pro am, Sodus pro am and Oswego pro am. 7 days of competition. There will be a new Lake Ontario challenge cup trophy. Your team name will go on it and you will keep it for a year, like in the past. There will be a new very nice plaque that you will also receive and get to keep. I will post full details here over the next week or so. Tom

    Day 2 of 1K aDay event today. Also Fat Nancy's big fish Friday all weigh ins will be at port of Oswego marina fish cleaning station on east side of river. Captains meeting for weekend pro am main event will be behind the Quality inn at the tourney tent at 6pm. Good luck on the water today!

    Oswego Pro Am updates -1K aDay- There are 33 entries in the 1K tournament. Entry is closed. We will shorten the event to four days. We will then add $300 to the event and payout $900 a day, Thursday through Sunday to the biggest salmon over 18lbs weighed in each day. Pro Am Tournament. We currently are at 13 Amateur teams. Sadly down 3 teams from last year. We are at 19 Pro teams, also down 2 from last year. We still have 2 days left for entry with a late fee, so we will see!     Happy New Year to all! The 2015 Oswego Pro Am is July 11 & 12. Fat Nancy's Big fish Friday is July 10th. And our new 1K a day will be from Wednesday July 8th to Sunday July 12th!! It will be a $100 entry fee per boat. There will be a $1000 awarded to the largest Salmon(over 20lbs) weighed in each day by a registered boat. If none are weighed in the money will carryover to the next day. You do not have to be in the Oswego pro am to enter the 1K a day tourney. Hope to see you all there!!!
