I have the age of the motor listed 1988, I have the registration for both in my name.

I have no idea the hours on the motor, from the overall condition of the boat and motor, I would speculate

it was little per year.

1980 Boston Whaler 13 ft , 1988 Evinrude 40 hp and EZ loader Sprint Trailer.

New tires on trailer 4/18.  The boat is a solid 8-9 out of 10 in terms of condition.

There is a 23 Seaswirl on the boat parts and accessories section of Craigslist in Buffalo , just dropped the price to 14,000. 

For 750 you got a deal, the trailer is worth that.  I agree with the above, get that motor working and see what you got.  If need be and its shot,

find yourself another 4 cyl motor and put it in.  If you are replacing motors do the transom at the same time.  Those motors are great on gas and if you take care of them will run forever.

2007 Honda 50hp Four Stroke Long Shaft with controls.  Has binnacle mount controls.

Looks good and runs good.  Unknown but low hours.  

Have shop manuals for it.  $2900.00 or reasonable offer.  Located in Dunkirk NY.

Cleveland Craigslist-22 Sabre outboard.

If you are talking the stream coming from the upper end, that may be clogged with a bugs nest etc.  need to check with a wire.

Unless you have a cheap way of fixing it I would try to sell it for parts etc on Craigslist or somewhere and take the potential $1000.00 and find a good used kicker.

And who knows, once you get into it, it could be more $$$ 

You should also be looking at the transom, if the floor is going bad the transom should be checked as well.

Nautilex is one manufacturer of the vinyl, used it on a boat I did last year.  A source for this is Rochford Supply in Minnesota.

As agreed with the above post.  Most people typically drop a size or two for winter tires with no issues.  Like I have on my Silverado.  You are just doing it year round.

Snow on the way for Friday, next 10 days or so colder than it is has been but no deep freeze. 

Aluminum floors got phased in on these boats, 1992 may have been the first year to have it. 

After the OMC bankruptcy, many parts are not available for Evinrudes and Johnsons.

All entities in NYS want to collect that property tax!    Myopic politicians and officials.

I would ask the seller prior to jumping to conclusions.  If there is an estate involved, DMV will be helpful in accommodating the paperwork issues, I have witnessed that happen myself with a marina auction.

Secondly, none of these pieces have a title, just a transferable registration.   That is a whole lot easier.   As always any buyer of anything should follow and check  the paperwork and contact DMV before forking over the cash.  

Again, buyers need to use their heads first and communicate with the seller and DMV.
