  1. Ed I grew up hunting woodchucks with my Dad's Marlin 44 mag in the town of Alfred above the college.

Best of times my brother and I would stalk up on the huge woodchuck towns and take turns blowing the dust off em. Your yard looks like a sanctuary ..nice

  2. Bear cub maybe?

Don't they have white markings like that often?

I trail cam a lot and get weird shots all the time. I had a red squirrel biting the lenses and licking it once looked really odd.

How high off the ground was it?

  3. You got it guys.Ryan you need to assemble a team of about 6 people and return to the area around midnight with night vision recording equipment. Do some whistling and a few wooops. Soon you will have your answer.

  4. I troll with a small 14 as well. Rig the big net up into a piece of PVC like a rod holder. Let it stand straight up in the sky this will keep.it out ta the way while you fight the bigger fish to the side of the boat . Pull the net and scoop them bad boys up from behind.

  5. I take my kids down there to Papermill Rd falls for sunnies and blue gills. Huge carp in there too. I have heard of pike below the bridge on rt39 above that also in the deeper holes but surrounded by private property tough to access.

Not sure how it fishes where it dumps into the genny . There is a park spot on Rt5/20 you could canoe south to the spillway off the creek. I see gigantic snapping turtles on the creek too. :)

  6. I am bumping this post back up. Curious myself although a relative of mine fishes Can advice from.shore regularly he said more yaks than boat last time he went.

There are big fish on there I have had hood luck late in the day trolling for Lakers .

Anyone been out there? Hemlock is getting fished very hard right now man the lot was jammed 2 Sundays ago. Mr gamey was cruising aroing checking all the boats too.
