when it was running in gear the shaft leading out of the engine was spinning with no wobble im thinking the gears went in the sterndrive. any one have one for sale???

when i let my wife drive my boat last year she was cruising along then heard some rattling (almost sounded like u joints) then it just quit moving u joints were good i checked those engine runs fin but have no clue what might have went. any sugestions oh the boat is a 89 celebrity181 with a 4 cyl i mercruiser i cant remember if it was a 4.3 or 3.7 i am currently pricing new sterndrives for it but really dont want to spend an arm and a leg.

im heading up to the adirondacks to hunt some bear this weekend any one interested in joining is more than welcome leaving from the fort drum area saterday the 7th

i am in the fort drum/watertown area and am looking for some places to hunt i have a few places i would like to try but nothing looks real promising also i am trying to find a place to bear hunt any pointers as far as public lands near this area

i will be in the henderson harbor area sunday and monday with any luck if you see a red and white celebrity it is me no radio yet but will be coming soon any advice for what they are biting on in that area

i am trying to plan a trip to niagra falls shortly after i get back from iraq (i figure if i keep the wife happy i can get more fishing in ) where would you recomend staying and what are the new passport restrictions? i would appreciate any input.

as is dave i am currently in iraq but am in transition home withing the next few weeks i cant wait i have been fishing in the oswego/fulton area my whole life but have not had the chance to return for about 7 yrs (well i had about 3 months last year before we deployed ) 15 months is way to long to go without fishing i have to teach my 3 kids how to fish also i am very excited about sharing my knowladge with them. my wife just picked up my boat yesterday so it will be al ready for me when i return it is a celebrity 181 nothing fancy but i think it is one of the better family/fishing boats i ordered a hummingbirg 597 combo for it and cant wait to take it out i havent bought anything as far as down riggers or anything yet but i plan to in the future i will mainly be fishing in the black river/henderson harbor area, oneida lake or in oswego out by wrights landing any pointers for a rusty fisherman that is finally returning to the water would be greatly appreciated
