if you guys like brookies hit me up n il show you some spectacular spots for big brook trout here in vt. and thats not a plug for guiding lol, il show any of you for free, as long as it fits my schedule. i know a few spots where its pretty comon to catch 2 or 3 pounders. my biggest here in vt was 22" 4 1/2lbs.. it was a chubby lil bastid.. and it was in a stream no wider than 6 feet.. hit me at cornerstone666@hotmail if you want to go hit some in the spring.. just return the favor some day if im in your area.

temple fork outfiters makes a phenominal rod for the money! id put mine up against any rod any day... my other favorite is my diamondback.. made right here in vt.. i LOVE that rod.. unfortunitely i think you guys may be being a lil hard on good old orvis lol.. il admit that they are over priced but some of there gear is decent.. i dont own any lol, but my dad does..oh wait, shoot, my dad is an idiot when it comes to fishing, oookkkk wait, my brother has a ton of orvis stuff... ahhhh well that doesnt help either, hes an idot too..well everyone ive ever guided used orvis everything, but ahhhh dammmit, they all needed a guide so they couldnt be that expierianced either lol.. ok, orvis sucks. but here in vt we pick on ll bean people, we call them beaners....

talk about a horrible thing...wow.. sorry bill.. hope you get better soon.. i hope they get the 2 that did it n put them away for a loonnnggg time.. i had a similar, unescalating problem there once.. i brought my drift boat out to the sr, with intent of ONLY floating with myselft and my fishing/guiding partner... i had 2 local "guides" advace on me in altmar, they didnt beat me up but i had a weapon in clear view. then, when i pulled out downstream, the same 2 duchebags were there waiting for me..again, they just basically gave me some vocal b/s and left but that was unnessicary. now, i totally understand that the river is your livelyhood and i wouldnt even try to take a cent from any of you, but its NOT anybodys river.. its everyones river.. we all have the right to fish and be happy there and nobody should ever have to worry about something like what happened to bill happeneing to them... i hope that the police clean the scum out of the pulaski area.. and i also want to say, i know a LOT of the guides/people in the area are extremely polite and respectfull.. and if it werent for you guys youd never see my face in the area.. so thank you..

wow guys.. no need to argue, we're all fisherman... i choose to fly fish, and only fly fish but theres nothing wrong with using a spinner rod... and id hate to tell any of you but it all depends on the day, some days a fly fisherman will smoke the **** outta anyone with a spinner rod.. and some days its the opposite way around.. and guess what, its not up to the fisherman to decide what the fish want to eat.. its all them.. i mean hell, ive been fishing in the pulaski area for 25 years now (and every where else for that matter) and ive seen it go both ways too many times to be able to say which is better... its all personal preferance..
