I appreciate the advice. I only have photos and won't be able to inspect the 125hp salty(would be shipped from florida) I think I'm going to stick with the 115. Thanks guys! Sometimes I need a second opinion before shooting the neighbors dog lol.

I'm repowering my sea nymph 19.5 and came across a 97 115hp merc reasonably priced with a new lower unit and then saw a 04' 125hp merc for the same price but was used in saltwater. The newer motor seems nice but saltwater? Makes me iffy, but compressions great, any advice?

Just trying to see what the musky scene has to offer. I'ved lived in watertown for years and never tried. I've heard there's shoals all around the river that'll take your lower unit off in a heartbeat so I'm a Lil hesitant to go in there blind. If anyone has any tips or wants to go musky hunting send me a pm. Thanks guys!

I had a 21ft fiberglass to fish the big lake and I ultimately was not satisfied because I felt trailering it was horrible and was not resourceful for smaller bodies of water or rivers. When it's crappy on the water it's crappy no matter what unless your boats 25ft+. I now have a 19ft sea nymph and love it, not too big not too small. I'll never get a new boat now just maybe a new motor lol

great boat, new marine radio, new cd player, new speakers, older style fish hawk, 2x downriggers, only reason I'm selling is i've decided to go back to asmaller aluminum boat for the back woods. This boat is a great lake ontario boat. cruises nicely at 30mph. Has a 387CI DH hummingbird with GPS. I have a 8hp four stroke honda 1998 that could got with it for an extra $1000 everything works great, always maintained at marina. 2x batteries. Gotta sell soon if i want to get the boat I want so make me an offer!
