  1. made a run on keuka this afternoon, put in in H-port and headed up to south of the winery.Put down in 150 fow and trolled a few green rigs toward the bluff.I had 2 first timers with me today, the run was a short one with rain falling steady after the first hour or so. We hooked up with 3 small lakers, the father -son teamed up on the pole, dad held solid as his son reeled in. The young ladd got cold so we quit much sooner than this diehard is used to. It is always nice to see the kids light up. The H-port launch is kinda poor .
  2. Fishing Report Your Name / Boat Name:barrington ============== TRIP OVERVIEW ============== Date(s):7/31 Time on Water:8 hrs Weather/Temp:80 Wind Speed/Direction:south then west Waves: small Surface Temp: 72 Location:off of sodus LAT/LONG (GPS Cords): =============== FISHING RESULTS =============== Total Hits: 4 Total Boated:4 Species Breakdown:1 laker 3 salmon Hot Lure: Trolling Speed: 2+ Down Speed: Boat Depth: 100-275 Lure Depth: all over ==================== SUMMARY & FURTHER DETAILSIt was our first trip to ontario ,we hit the water at 5:45 am and went out of sodus out to 150 and put in and trolled out with the south wind. I put my first seth green rig in with different suttons in 10 foot spacing and let it out some, put out a second seth green rig and just as I hooked up the last spoon the first rod got a hit. The first fish was a salmon and it had a spoon from each rig in its mouth ,we trolled out to 275 feet picking up 2 more salmon. Things got rough when the wind turned west so I went in towards the lighthouse to 100 feet, I was marking fish everywhere in 100 fow so we trolled from 100 out to 150.I was marking tons but only got one laker from this depth. I tryed lead core and a dipsy and a side planer with no action. ====================
