Yes u need a cannon link then u should be set and that system is great

Any one no ware to buy a torpedo mold at least 12 lb

I have them and love them I run the bottom tracking mode with them off of my humminbird and they run flawless

No one likes to drive that is why a tr1 gold is the best money I ever spent I dont no how we fished with out it

More than likely its the coil if its electronic ignition it could be the sensor in the distributior iv had both go before and not at the same time also neatger give u any warnin and no spark I would start with the coil first good luck hope this helps

I found that my boat was all over the place if my trim tabs were down put thm up no more problems

Sounds like the starter is bad I had the same problem on my force outboard and I took it to a place that rebuilds all electrical motors and was fine after that hope this helps
