Hi Everyone, I am wondering what size drift sock I should use for a 18’ aluminum boat with a 90 Hp motor. I’m trying to get down to 1.5-1.8 mph, but currently can only get as low as 2.4 mph. Thank you

Hi. This is a 1995 Islander. It has 4 Cannon Mag 10 downriggers, a Lawrance Mark-4 fishfinder (bought new last year). Also there are many downrigging rods, spoons,rapalas, the weights for the down riggers and life jaket. Everything works good, we have caught several fish from this boat. $ 6800 or Best offer must sell. -
Yea took my boat out making sure everything was working good. I might have to take out one more time to make sure. keeping the boat straight was tough into the wind but going with the wind it was fine. I still haven't caught a Brown yet or a rainbow,but I am trying still.

It was a rough day on cayuga, but we caught several undersize Atlantics and even 1 legal one. We also caught A few Lake trout ranging fron 18" to 26". We fish from 70 FOW to 150 FOW using spoons and Thundersticks. It wasn't a bad day except for the wind.

Hello I am looking for information on a good walleye and northern pike lake in Canada where I can bring my family for the week or maybe even a weekend. I would like to drive there from central NY and be able to rent a boat . Any information would be greatly appreciated Thank you.

We had a great time too. Thank you for inviting us to join you on your boat. My boys really enjoyed themselves and watching them reel in the fish was the best part of the day. Looking forward to next year!

Does anyone know if there is anyone in the Ithaca area that repairs downriggers I need a new spool replaced on my Mag 10 ?

So we fished Saturday night west side Cayuga south of T-Falls in 60 to 65 FOW. Lost one and netted 2 small lakers 18" or so . This morning we fished North of Myers on the east side same depth but no releases. We went to the west side in 200 FOW North of T-Falls and netted 2 lakers 25" and the other 28". The rain started coming so we headed back to the launch again with no atlantics or Browns I'll keep trying. Thanks for the info.
