    We started out strong this morning. We fished out of Olcott today abound the Irish Thunder with captain Joe Toomey. A fill in crew made up of my father, buddy, his friend, and of course my fiance. The corporate crew canceled earlier in the week and I was going to make Joe fish no matter what.     I fished last weekend (6 for 16 Saturday and 14 for 17 Sunday) and both days we had three fish we landed that were hooked in the face not the mouth. Makes me think the fish are slapping the fly instead of biting it. Almost like a later. Sent from my C771 using Lake Ontario United mobile app

    The mountain dew spin doctor with a b-fin or a sweet pea at about 85-95 down took the most fires for me last weekend with the high sun. My green/double crush glow spin doctor with a glow TG fly was hot as my deep rig.( 100-125 ) Don't forget about the NBK sting ray spoon. These combos caught steelies and kings for me.
