Also, what speeds should we be trolling at?

My dad and I are extremely new to trolling. So far we have only caught 1 king on Lake Ontario. We are going fishing out of Fair Haven tomorrow and I am wondering what depths we should be fishing at. We have downriggers and we've been fishing four rods out with flashers and flies on two of them and spoons on the other two. Since we only have two flashers and two flies for starters, we don't have a choice on flasher colors, but what color spoons should we be using? Thanks in advance for the help.
