  1. Jerry, sounds good to me.Let me know you still have them and the check will be in the mail in the morning.
  2. I'll take them for $20 plus $5 for shipping. I'll send you a western union money order if that's okay with you.
  3. Thank you for the replies. ReelPower, I'm using manual riggers. We didn't switch lures, most generally changing colors between K9 & K11 frequently.
  4. I would like to ask the general consensus of the forum if our transducer will scare fish. The past few weeks I've trolled for Lakers 3 times and released 24 fish, the largest being approx. 18 lb. I fish the western end 65'-110' fow with downriggers. Transducer is mounted on the Starboard side. Starboard side landed 3 fish and the port side landed 21 fish. The lures, Kwikfish and Spin & glows. Frequency 200 kwz or 83 kwz. My lure set up range is 10' to 20' behind the ball, within a few feet of the bottom, 17 lb mono. A large disparity to say the least. Looking for suggestions. Thanks
  5. Interesting reading, certainly will shorten up the learning curve. I'm ready and raring to give it a go. Thank you one and all for this solid advise.
  6. May I ask what type and weight jigs you are using at that depth as well as pound test line. I would enjoy giving that method a try on Lk. Ontario. Thanks.
  7. Howdy. My name is Jack and looking forward to reading past and current posts and topics. I just got back into fishing Lake Ontario after a 30 year hiatus. Most of my fishing has been in Lake Erie for Walleye and Perch, Perch in the spring and late fall. I had a few recent trips out of Fort Niagara chasing Lake Trout with some success. This past Friday 8-29- 14 the fleas were brutal. A lot of new tackle to look at for me, flashers, dodgers, cowbells, squid, flies. One of my fears in life is my wife selling my fishing equipment when I'm dead and gone for what I told her I paid for it. Enjoy and be safe. Jack
