As far as the question about motor hours I honestly don't know, I bought the boat last year and within 30 days I bought a bigger boat. I've maybe put 50 hours on the motor. Typically I'd use the minn Kota trolling motor to cruise around the banks of smaller lakes Id be more than happy to dip the boat in the water and show how well the boat motor and all accessories work.
