I bought this boat in 2019 and sold it to someone from Ontario in 2021. Was a good boat and great starter boat for great lakes and finger lakes. Bug bit and had to upgrade. Should have kept at and invested all the money I have spent since. But my 25' fiberglass does not bob nearly as much in rough seas.
Looking for some pictures of how to secure my big wooden planer boards in the front of the boat. I have a 25' walk around. Store them inside the cabin when not fishing. Looking for an easy way to secure them when running between spots.
Can I bother you again by asking why the p66 is better. Boat is an inboard 24' WA. Mostly fish Erie for walleyes in 50' or less or spring browns. Planning on ontario salmon for first time in August. Also take boat to Delaware bay and close offshore. Mostly in 60' or less. Still better to go with p66 over the gt56? Sorry to be a PITA but want to make sure I get it right the first time. Thanks for your replies
Looking at upgrading to this unit. Se e it offered with different transducers. GT54 or GT56. Which is better for Ontario and Erie trolling? Head is spinning at comparing brands and options.
Thanks
Wife and I got an afternoon charter with Captain Rick Pecci on Dreams Come True Charters. Expecting browns but got into the kings close in. Steady afternoon with one over 20 that took the 450 copper out past 700' Took a while to get that one in. Had a couple of doubles. Wife even had to put the fighting belt on. Headed in with tired arms and smiles
Just found out that the wife and I will be in the area on Monday the 19th. Looking for an inexpensive half day trip for 2. Don't really care what we're fishing for. Problem with most charters is that they are set up for 4-6 people which makes price per person reasonable. Thanks
