May venture out solol in the morning but it's a pain in the ass to load and unload the boat. Curious where the down water temp will be. Screens looked good last weekend.

Got a question for the group. How do I get the water stains off my outboard motor. I tried 50/50 water to vinegar but didn't really work. Any ideas?

Went out for a quick trip this morning. Figured Id see how we could do until my new fish hawk probe comes in so we went after Lakers. Just bottom bounced in 95-105 fow water and ended up 12 for 15. Biggest was just about 15lbs, all on cowbells/ spin n glows. Didn't realize how much I depended on ball speed and temperature. We went out around 6am and quit by 930am. Not a bad Saturday morning.

It's down with one of my 16lb cannon balls in 115 fow that we lost this morning so theres that...lol I haven't idea what we snagged but it broke my downrigger cable.

Headed out around 6am with intentions to target Salmon but my fish hawk had other ideas. Kept reading 03.8 on ball temperature so we abandoned that plan and went after Lakers. We ended up 15 of 16 with two over 20lbs. All were caught in 95-115 fow on gambler rigs. We ran past cow sucker creek and got my probe and cannonball caught on something which snapped the line. I have it marked on my graph to avoid in the future. It was great to go out with buddies I haven't seen in a while.

Manny, the fact that you ended up with some decent fish after a day like that is a huge win. Your bad days are better than my good days on the lake. I appreciate all the help and advice with fishing this year. Looking forward to going out on the water with you again. My boat is always ready bro. Thanks for turning me onto gambler rigs as well. I confidently can catch Lakers everytime I go out now. Salmon, that a whole other story...lol

Went out around 1pm till 4pm. Picked up a decent king, one skip, and a decent laker. Being it was mid-day and we didn't get skunked, I'll take it. Fished water from 130 to 220. Between 60-75 fow.

We ran out fished 145-200 with 155-170 bro ng the best. We ran flasher fly's, meat rigs and spoons. All three presentations took fish. We ended up with 17 kings. 4 or 5 we're skips though. Best day of fishing this year so far. Biggest was just over 24lbs. We fished from 5am till 11am.

I took some family out on the same grounds this morning and went 5 for 9 with Lakers and one Skippy brown trout. Going back out tomorrow morning. All on Gambler rigs.

Bought a few Gambler rigs and man are they paying off. We started out at 6am and by 740am we are 8 for 10 with Lakers. We are in 95 fow trolling 1.7- 1.9 ball speed.

Went out this morning with my brother in law. Started in 80 fow to 160 on a northwest troll. Only got a small salmon. Decided to try for Lakers and landedA a decent fish. Lost another one as we were bringing rods in. Perfect water conditions but tough bite this morning. Learning each time we go out.

I think that's it for the year out of Sandy. The water level at the launch is really low. Had one break off in 140fow and then caught this in 115 fow down 85 on a rigger with a sea sick waddler mag spoon. Only three boats out there today.
