all an observer has to do is go to their local DMV and get an enhanced drivers license as capt vince stated. i did it years ago but no longer fish canadian waters.

there is no reason for that. i always swing very wide of other fishing boats. maybe the captain was within the law but its still wrong.

brown reels 8lb ande mono and 8lb ande floro. salmon reels 30lb ande to the flasher and i add 20 ande floro for spoons and plugs.

I've seen seagulls feeding on dead salmon on the surface a few times before.
I've accidently dropped a couple dead ones in the lake getting ready to fillet them.
Circled and netted them back up.
They floated.
Was out with Chris (Traveling man) one day and we both wanted meat so we kept our three salmon a piece.
Water was like glass.
He was handing them to me and I was cutting.
When we got done there was 6 equally spaced carcusses over about 1/4 mi or so, all in a nice neat line with a slight turn that the boat took.
All six were floating
Dropped a dead Brown in one day taking a picture before filleting and that one sunk.
Certainly not any hard core evidence, just what I've seen over the years.

I have a bad clicker on a sg47lc. were can i get a clicker and how hard is it to change one. I have been trolling for a lot of years and never blew one up. Does anybody in the syracuse/pulaski area carry them?
