Wed was good off Dunkirk. Heard yday and today were TOUGH,

If you like IPA's and can get it...Ohio has it...not NY yet...but Carolina, GA....Sweetwater has a bunch of
different IPA's etc. Base one is the 420 and its pretty tasty if you like IPA's.
Did have a Great Lakes Monster yday, not too bad......

I got mine thru Happy Days in Port Clinton. Ask for Jim Burroughs.

I've fished on Erie all my life, and have never seen the silver bass as heavy as this year. Sure there
is a reason.....
Fishing off Dunkirk has been pretty solid the last 3 weeks. Lots of deep fish. Seems that inside 75 you
have to weed thru way more silvers.
95-105 been best of late. All sticks.

Seamaster....fish were deep again today, had to fight thru lots of silver bass....85 rigger, 10 color best.

Sound like you have a restriction in the T, or in the line to the pump. Can you get to the T easily?
-
Same interference.

Thanks for the replies. Sensitivity is fine when running low speed. Its
clearly something interfering at the high rpm. I'm inclined to agree
that posted to move the transducer.

Looking for opinions/ideas....
Have an HDS-8 Lowrance on the new to me Pursuit. Twin inboard. Mounted transducer as a shoot thru. In aft of boat, behind
props.
Everything ok at 1.9 MPH or less. Above that get digital bottom readout, but screen is full of clutter. So, it is either the "affect"
of prop bubbles, or something from the engines.
Lowrance told me to buy ferrite "chokes" at radio shack, and to put those in line. No changes.
Thoughts?

For Sale:
Pair of electric Fishlander downriggers. These are Big Jon style, and Big jon parts will
work if need be.
Riggers are about 10 years old. One had motor replaced about 4 years ago. Comes
with swivel bases, two multi position, multi axis holders per rigger, plus a third boom
mount rigger.
They are black, but are sun faded. Good condition, work great.
One in the picture does not have cable on it, but I will put that back on (had depth
raider on it).
Asking $300 for the pair. plus shipping. Negotiable.
Selling because I bought new stuff for the new to me boat.

Looking for suggestions in the Buffalo/WNY area for someone to make replacement coaming
pads. Ideas?

Not sure on pricing or availability, but you might want to check with Steve at the Black North.....

Looking at mounting depthfinder (HDS unit) as in dash. Looking for some type of material
to put on dash to mount to and to make it look nice. Something like a vinyl, but not too
thick. Any suggestions?
-
I have the boat in the water for a few days so if you are interested
and want to come and look we can run the motor too....
Thanks for looking....

Back to the top. Thanks for looking....

If it would make a difference, would take $1200 off asking price if you don't
want riggers, triple holders, depth raider and HDS unit.
GPS and Stereo would stay.
Just saying....

So, the new to me Tiara Pursuit was great this season, but like anything that's a 1989, it needs
some "adjustments".
