  1. Cape area eyes

I agree. Tend to stay away from the flotillas and not too soecific about where fish are caught. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  2. Ugly sticks

Ugly sticks have kept me fishing and out of the poor house. They have always caught fish for us. Bottom bouncing and running boards. We have many sizes for different fishing. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United
  3. Going back real soon. Didn't bring boat for this trip. July during the week and need to locate the walleye. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United

  8. Black Lake June 4 to June 11

Thanks for a great report. I like to relax and catch fish and love Wellsley island but I am going to have to go back to Black Lake for a few days here and there. I fish mostly during the week and enjoy the peacefulness. Live on Oneida and still like to get away. Thanks for your honest report!! Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United
  9. Oneida

Oneida Worked an area and found quite a few fish hanging around in 20 feet. Good time until the storm showed up.
  10. Oneida surprise

Common in springtime. Surprising when the rod starts bouncing and you realize it is a brown.
  11. Jigging Rapalas

Papineau won major events jigging these in open water quite a few years ago. Old lures always come around.

  15. Black Lake 8/2 to 8/10

Great job at Black Lake!! I also would rather spend all day catching perch than staring at rods trolling. I have had my fill of salmon fishing. Been on Wellsley Island most of the summer catching perch in shallow water 6 to 10 feet. Lots of keepers 9 inch and up. Lots of smaller ones too. Heading down river next week for walleye.
