  1. The boats in the water and ready to go. I will fish the bloods with you, but trolling works good too. So we will be pulling them sometimes. Going to try not to pull the boat out till late Nov.

  2. The wife and I were fishing the Ocean City Md inlet catching nothing but short Flounder. I got this one hit and I set the hook. Thought I was hooked up on the bottom and then it started to take drag. After about 15 min I got it to the boat. Turns out to be a cow noise Ray. This thing had to go 3 to 4 feet wide.

    At least it was fun!

  3. Well it’s time to try again. I picked this boat up a few weeks ago and put it a slip on salt water. First weekend out turned into a try to repair weekend. After pulling back out, taking it home I found one carb not getting gas. Fixed it and should run good now. ( I hope) Putting it back in Sunday and just maybe I can start fishing this year.

I don’t know yet if I am going to rig the boat for the big O or not yet. May just use it for salt and the other boat for the lake.

Hank thanks for all of your help.

BTW the arch you see is from the other boat.

  4. Yes it is the right thing to do, BUT!

I have heard many times of people being sued because of damage to a boat that was being towed by a good Samaritan and not by the choice of the boat owner. The insurance company does. I am not saying I would not tow someone in, but I would prefer to have them towed in by a tow company. If someone was in danger, that’s a whole different story. The first thing when I bought my new boat was put the towing on it. Sometimes you are out and no other boats insight and it’s a better feeling to know you can call or the radio or cell phone.
