I have a 1999 Aquasport 215 with a 1999 Evinrude 200 hp ficth motor. The motor wont run right, runs fine up to 3000 rpm then bogs out. had everything mecainal done to it. Cant seem to find any place to work on ficht motors. So i am thinking about a new or used motor. but not sure of what to get Mercury, yamaha evinrude ect.When my old motor ran good it would push my boat at 48 mph. If i go with a 225 hp how much faster would it go also. 2 or 4 stroke?

I am coming up lake Ontario this weekend. I would like to fish for salmon or brown trout on saterday and lake trout on sunday. What depth should i fish in? Should I launch my boat out of Oswego, Mexico or salmon river? What lures should I be using? Thanks

It isnt the reset i checked that. If im down say 85 feet on my cannon ts downrigger my fishfinder will say its like 97 feet, I can see the ball on the screen. my other manual downrigger will be at the same depth that shows on the fishfinder screen

I have a cannon mag ten ts. The line counter is way off has anyone else had this ploblem? I also have a mag ten manual and the line counter works fine with the depth finder
