Heading out in the morning. With lead core and riggers. Sounds like trouble. I will give it a go.

I put mine right on the buss terminals under the dash, no problem. I did mount my transducer on the opposite side. I wanted to put in a transom mounting board anyway. I run both 50/200 so I decided to keep the transducers apart.

Having a debate with a few buddies...... which type of boat is really better for trolling and family cruising? I have a dual console....so I am asking for thoughts on which type of hull is best.......
thanks, Dave

fish was @ 24 inch. Thing is, the next one a caught, also had a red (spots) over its body. They kind of looked related. But maybe a pike for the one in the picture. He still has some fight in him.

Good Day, was thinking of drifting at night a few times this year - Keuka lake. There seems to be a ton of various lights out there. Anyone have a recommendation? Batteries? 12v?
Thanks, Dave

Hey Vince these look familiar to me. Are they off "Ed-Jo-Wet" by chance. I think I have uses these before....

+3 on chamberlains, if you must stack. A bit hard to get used to at first....
+3 for sliders- on saving rod count...and not loosing any gear

I believe my P66 has 5200 just in the screw holes and on the screw threads, with a little bleed over.

Tyee, exactly my concern, 100%. As SS is not that strong to start with, 5200 on the threads, screw head breaking was what I pictured. They did come out with vice grips though.

My current transducer has three screws with 5200 on the threads into aluminum. Will they come out? I am in need of adding one new transducer for my new x4. I was going to pull my current one and mount the stern saver with 4200. Now I am not sure if the screws with 5200 will come out??
Shellback supports it, others do not.

Yes, sorry, X4. Sounds like I will be OK, thanks for the details. I will have these about 6 or 7 inches apart.

Great, can’t wait. Well I am in the middle of painting the house. Both sound like punishment!
