Fished dawn to 5pm yesterday west of chute 150-320 fow did 1 King 19# 1 10#s and a small laker feel pretty beat up today both kings came on white green dot paddle with white fly 220 on wire dipsey screen was blank all day

A long time ago I lost a day of fishing because a guy who"never got seasick " had to go back to shore. Since then I have made a point on my boat to let all know that the boat doesn't go back for motion sickness. Might be a little bit much but that is captains rule. I run a 2008 Honda 135 the 115 /135/150 are all the same block this weekend the hour meter hit 2500 hrs with regular service (oil changes and water separator) this motor has run flawless from single digit temps in Jan to 90 deg in aug .I also believe it is as quiet 4 stroke as you will find I know Honda is a few more dollars but worth every penny in my book

Checkout Fishmaster. I have had mine for 8 years and love it

I use 20# mono on mainline and have hit bottom in about 8' of water w/ about 125' out. I won't go inside 10' with them unless I'm using short leads. So basically, I don't use them till the browns move a little off the beach.

The best advice can give you is as follows...

1) Unless your wife fishes get a divorce now because you dont want to waste any time during the king run in a lawyers office

2) Be prepared to spend sleepless nights dreaming and reliving the first wire/dipsy strike

3) Open the wallet because your gonna buy about 300 spoons, flashers and flies when you realistically need about 20

4) Get your son a tutor now because he will spend a lot of time in class day dreaming

5) Make sure your paypal account is linked with your ebay account so purchasing the spoons is easier

6) Next winter when the lake is dead you can come here for a withdrawals support group

Am I missing something I really do not care about Bluetooth or surface speed I do want to know my probe depth though with blowback.My understanding is the x4 does not give depth as the x4d does
