  1. Does anybody know of anyone using a GARMIN Chirp GSD 26 sounder box. I'm getting no sounder signal and trying to determine if it's my transducer or the GSD 26. GARMIN has no ability to test my GSD 26 and my Ducer is a fairing block. The boat is slipped at Wrights landing and I was hoping to find someone nearby that I could swap the unit with to determine if its the sounder box or ducer. Thanks Tony
  2. Team Addiction looking for an observer for the day of August 9th. Thanks Tony email [email protected]
  3. I'm with seasquirrel on this one. I can't believe Pete is going to have MORE time to fish. It doesn't seem possible. I guess if he gets bored he can always mate for Frank or help Bobo find a liver! Tony
  4. Oswego Ny, call me if interested. Our observer had a family emergency. Thanks Tony 518 396-6752
  5. I just saw this post and can't stop laughing. I just talked to Rob and detox went great he's been sober since Monday of this week. We just installed a breakaway shorepower cord to accommodate Robs dock departures. And lastly Rob just returned all the empty beer cans that were left from him and Gray this summer and it looks like we are using the money to upgrade to a new 36 foot Tiara. And Sharky don't worry I told him to use the fish cleaning station from now on! [ Post made via iPhone ]

  7. Anybody looking to sell some shark weights. I'm looking for another 15# and a 20#. Hopefully near oswego. Thanks Tony cell 518 396-6752
  8. Well you would think that since I'm looking at a $10,000 plus repair bill that the committee would either give me a refund or carry over the entry fee money. They won't do either. What winning team would want to collect prize money based on entry fee money from a team that couldn't even compete. Just my thought. That's $540 we could have put towards the repairs. Hope we can help out another team. Sorry it's such short notice. Call my cell If I can help. 518 396-6752 Tony
  9. Found out last week we need two new engines on the boat. We were unable to find another boat to fish the oswego pro-am. We paid entry fees on both oswego and sodus. The committee will not refunds any entry fees. So if anybody out there can put together an amateur team for sodus you can enter under our registration. It's already paid for......Of course this is providing they allow it. I would assume that there should be no problem. The spot is paid for and I hope somebody can fish it and win some money and prizes. Let me know if you are interested. IF you place you can give us a kickback...lol Tony
  10. Does anybody recommend a mechanic to possibly replace 2 inboard engines in a boat located in oswego. Thanks Tony

  12. I'm not sure. I need to pull them out and possibly have them tested. It would be nice if I knew how fast the floor was supposed to lift up.
  13. Boat currently located near Albany NY
  14. I have a 2002 Sportcraft 31 with Hydraulic engine hatch lift using a trimmaster pump that runs two hydraulic rams. The floor lifts at a verrrrrrrrrrrrrry slow rate. I removed the pump and cleaned it, placing new ATF in it. Then unhooked the lines at the base of the ram and turned the pump on until the new oil came out. Then hooked the line back up to the ram. No change in symptoms. Also checked the voltage at the pump and I'ts 12v. Lastly I switched the pump with my trim tab pump which is identical. Still the same speed. I'm guessing that the rams are bad. It was mentioned that the two hydraulic lines should be T'd together. Mine is not. I think I'm going to pull the rams next. I have heard of people replacing the system with gas shocks or actuators. Has anybody tried this. I know they make electric ones but I don't really need to spend $600 on a floor lift. Thanks Tony
  15. It's the part that you slide the end of a boat hook or deck brush into, located on the side storage compartment's of the boat (under the side rails). They are on a Sportcraft. I went to West Marine and they didn't have any, nor did they know what they were called. Thanks Tony
