  1. We plan on fishing the tournament and I am sending in my deposit this week but I wish it wasn't being held on Mother's Day weekend. If we get blown off on Saturday and have to fish Sunday, my mother is going to be very disappointed.
  2. I went onto the Pro/Am website to register for the Niagara and Orleans tournaments and it is impossible to register online as the online registration form is all jumbled with information fields stacked on top of others. Has anyone else had the same problem? It worked fine last year. I hope they fix it in the next day or so as I would really like to register online instaed of by mail.
  3. It has a brand new Eagle Fishmark 640C color sonar with built in temperature sensor, 8 rod holders - 2 Tite Loks and 6 Cabela's Quick Draws, 2 Cannon tab lock bases for small bodied manual downriggers and a new Cobra marine radio.
  4. Would really like to have the space for the new boat in the barn $7000 or best offer.
  5. My concern for the smaller boats is space. As the rules are now, you cannot keep an observer's limit. If that rule continues, then a team will have to have 4 team members as well as an obsever on board in order to keep 12 fish and enter the long box competition. That is alot of people on board for smaller boats with limited space for people and all of the necessary gear. It was nice under the old sytem in the AM division when only 9 fish were allowed because a 4 man team could compete by having 3 members fish while another acted as an observer. I think the cuurent long box limit of 12 fish puts a real burden on teams with small boats that would have ordinarily fished in the amature division. With these rules they will not only have to fish out of a cramped boat, but they will have to come up with another team member as well. I think that is asking alot. If they really want to have a fair competition, then they need to either reduce the long box limit to 9 or allow teams with less than 4 fishing members to keep their observer's limit. If this problem isn't addressed, then the big boats will have a huge advantage in the long box competition.
  6. The boat is still for sale. It comes with a brand new Eagle Fishmark 640C color sonar with built in temperature sensor, 8 rod holders - 2 Tite Loks and 6 Cabela's Quick Draws, 2 Cannon tab lock bases for Cannon small body manual downriggers and a 1 year old Cobra marine radio.
  7. I'm selling my 19.5 foot Sea Nymph because I want to get a bigger boat. It is in good shape and is powered by a 1996 150 hp oil injected 2 stroke Johnson and a 1996 9.9 4 stroke Yamaha kicker with remote controls. Both engines have low hours, have been well mantained and run excellent. The boat has a bimini top with a full stand up enclosure as well as a mooring cover. I use the boat on Lake Ontario. It handles the lake fine with a deep V hull and wide beam and tows very easily. It sits on a matching Sea Nymph Shoreland'r bunk trailer that is in very good condition. The boat has lots of storage and is a great rig to fish out of. $8000.00 or best offer. I will entertain all offers. If interested call me at 607-437-6502 John
  8. Does anyone know if the Pro/Am rules allow you to have two observers? That is, if you have a four person amateur team, can a different team member act as an observer on each day so that each of those two team members get to fish at least one day of the tournament? John
