  1. Do you just buy them or do you make your own ? My break away cable broke a couple of years ago and haven't used my fishawk since.Would like to start using it again. last time I priced them they seemed a little pricey but then again so are rigger balls so I am a little nervous to make my own.Any thoughts would be welcome .If you make your own and have had good luck with them I would be happy to buy a couple at a fair price thanks.

  2. Nada price says $6790 -$7720 ( I guessed on which 225hp motor and put 26' tandem axle and hard top for options).I think Nada prices are better for cars. There outboard prices are way low in my opinon. My buddy in Florida has a Sea Ox just about the same as that (size and year). It is a good fishing platform my only complant is they are a rough ride. There hulls are a little to flat on the bottom and they tend to slap instead of cutting the wave like a deep v.

  3. Thanks for the idea Nick but it's has a radius to it.I have a metal break and aluminum but I am not to good with curves without sniping the edges.Guess I will take the hammer tap out the dings and try to braze the old one were it broke. Or just bend a new one on the straight were the motors are.

  4. If you click on the rocker switch on the link here from Bigjon  it will enlarge it and you can see it is made by Carling the same company as in the link from Grainger. https://www.bigjon.com/product/rocker-switch.The circut breaker might be made by some one else (Made in China not Mexico) but I would think the Carling switch in the Grainger link would work it just doesn't have the metal stem on the neck. https://www.bigjon.com/product/10-amp-circuit-breaker

  5. You should be able to bypass the circuit breaker with a - and + jumper wire and test your breaker and switch .You should be able to get the circut breaker and rocker switch at any good automotive store. Our online here is a link to Granger it says they have a couple of locations in Rochester.Grangers price for the breaker is $3.00 Bigjon wants $25.I bet it is the same one.http://www.grainger.com/product/CARLING-TECHNOLOGIES-Circuit-Breaker-4VA76?s_pp=false&picUrl=//static.grainger.com/rp/s/is/image/Grainger/4VA75_AS01?$smthumb$ It's only 12 volts it's not like it will kill you.

  6. Make sure it didn't split your plastic lines going to your live wells.Thats what happened with my boat on my maden voyage when I first bought my boat.Thank god I had a spare plug and shoved it in the inlet or it would have sunk.(Plug the inlet and fill you live wells and make sure they hold water)

  7. 1990 15hp short shaft( 15") Electric start manual tilt and trim.Comes with Evinrude simplex controls with push button start switch which I had mounted by my controls runs well.I have the tiller arm but is not on the motor at the present time.I have used it as a kicker motor for many years and has served me well.$800
