  1. Gents, just a FYI they have a new camera called "Drop Cam" cost around 150 bucks works off Wi-Fi and stores video for up to seven days on your PC you can also watch live feed or get alerts of movement on your cell phone. I have one set up at my house and if a cloud comes over and darkens the sky I get an alert. If your boat is parked near your house set it up in a window facing it, it won't stop them from getting your stuff but you will have a video of the Ba$turds taking it. Need 120volt source and Wi-Fi for it to work though.

Sorry for your lost of equipment and I hope they catch the scum-bags!!!!!!!!!

  2. Shelby and I went out with friends aboard "Draggin Fly" yesterday from 6am to 1 pm, headed west of the plant from 250-420 fow, went 4 for 5 with two coming off the wire dipsy 277' back on Andy's Pretty Girl flasher with custom "sassy grandma fly" lake was flat and fleas were "sick" although not that bad on the 30# blood run sea flea line. All in all a beautiful day on the water with friends!

  3. Saturday-hit the water at 6am, little bit rough to say the least. Had Shelby, Davey and Ben aboard ran out to 130 FOW between the river and north dune, stayed in that area pretty much all day. First salmon came pretty soon after getting set up on the rigger down 83 on a white/green dot SD with green mnt. dew fly. Little while later hit a small king on the same set up and then we started having and bad case of the drops. Then next 4 four hits would come unbuttoned not sure if the big waves was the cause but sure didn't help. Hit a good Laker on the rigger down 97' with a 42nd SD pulling a 42nd spoon 5' behind went on to take 2 more hits on this set up just couldn't keep then on. Headed in around 1pm, lake was beginning to laid down a little bit but was still good three footers. All said and done we went 3 for 9 and Little Ben had a good time even with getting a little sickish at one point!

  4. Took my grandsons out Yesterday morning, lake was a little snotty when we got out to 100 fow in front of the river, set up and trolled north marking a lot of bait but nothing happening. With the dark clouds headed from the west turn south heading back towards the launch, then light rain started was just thinking about picking up when the port riggers fires with a Hawg wild spoon after a good fight Gavin landed his first ever lake Ontario Brown 12#s! By then the rain had picked up so we picked up and ran in. Short fun trip with the kids though. Out at 6am back by 9:30. post-144884-0-15799900-1405358632_thumb.jpg

  5. We started out at 7:00 am headed north out of the launch, went out to 200 fow and set up two Flat lines on the boards, two 5 color cores, two dipsy's back 107' and 111' on the 1.5 setting and two riggers one at 33' and one at 27'. No sooner got all set up and the port core takes a hit, handed the rod off to my 8 yr old grandson Ben and he did a great job getting in his first Laker, little while later downrigger with Hawg Wild spoon starts screaming line, Ben started gaining line but came unbuttoned. Then the dipsy gets a hit with green dolphin spoon Pop-Pop had help Ben a little with the wire rod but he landed another Laker! Lost another on the rigger, Ben landed another laker on the Flat line with a orange ladder back spoon. Then about 10am the lake shutdown

didn't get another bite and headed in at 12:30 for some lunch and the 4yr old granddaughter was getting a little bored. Fished in  200 to 350 FOW.

After some beach time we headed back out at around 5pm, stayed in shallow trying to get some bass, running flat lines off the boards with stickbaits, lost a couple and then we had a good hit on a dark green jointed Rapala the 4yr old Molly with some help reeled in a nice 9.5 # brown! Headed in before dark but had a great day with the grandkids!                                                 post-144884-0-46577600-1403535725_thumb.jpgpost-144884-0-58205700-1403535752_thumb.jpgpost-144884-0-62312200-1403535762_thumb.jpgpost-144884-0-42980300-1403535773_thumb.jpgpost-144884-0-67049700-1403535783_thumb.jpgpost-144884-0-15241400-1403535797_thumb.jpg

  6. Most of the time 1 on each side, but if they are working good 2 on each side. Outside 10' wire rods on the 2.5 setting, inside 8' wire rods on 1.5 setting just make wide sweeping turns.
