Storm cut the evening short.thats fishing,lol

Went out today temp moved down 48 at 85

Caugh some small kings70 over 90.

Strong sw chop made it hard to stay on fish

Love how the wire line makes the rod pop with those head shakes from the big ones.  Nice evening out there, sailboats were loving it, didnt see anyone else fishing.

 

One interesting note, there's a 150 private yacht tied up at the RYC right now, belongs to Walgreens founder's wife, a Rochesterian.  Quite a sight.  The tender was bigger than our boat.

My pond used a di dozer cost 5000 very little muck on bottom aerator breaks it down no deadline

Also have a trash  pump keeping it full in summer

I have a 1/2 acre pond dug in 2000.its 15 deep in middle.i use a sweetwater aerator 

The pond is loaded with bluegill some 12 in big bass crappie.waterlilles cover shore.

The bass come right up to shore looking for bullfrogs 

A fisherman dream.

If you have the land dig a pond .

Ive had little trouble using 40 big game. I think its the hook flea the makes the problem. They usually accumulate in small clumps ,

best bet is maybe use wire line on riggers .

I'm going to mooching soon saves a lot of gas, more fish.
