  I have gotten 2 also & used them with no problem at all.

Stone, it sure didn't take you long to get the foot disease! lol   I waited 2yrs before I got it. started with a 16ft., then got an 18, then a 20 & now staying at a 22 footer. But I also have another 16 ft.  You jumped right to a 25 footer.   Congrats, now you have a real hole in the water to throw your $$$$ into!  lol  Good luck with her.

  Caught 14 lakers yesterday & released all but 1 for the smoker!  We either unhooked them in the water never netting them or we did the boga grip thing & it worked perfect held the fish along side the boat & let them go when they were ready.  Thanks for the info, guys!  BTW all where caught on Gambler rigs.

  What is the best way to return fish (kings ,lakers & steelies) to the lake?  We don't want to keep fish many times. We get them off the hook as fast as we can.   We have tried reviving them next to the boat, thrusting them in head first & just putting them back in & nothing seems to work.  It really ticks me off when they float belly up then we try to go back to get them. What are we doing wrong?  Any ideas?  Thanks

 I believe you can get a slip at Chadwicks marina right across from the Dunkirk launch.

  We had a guy at Dunkirk the other day put his boat in the water , tied to the only dock that wasn't covered with goose crap. Then he went to park his car/trailer took his time walking back then decides to go to the john, comes out 10 mins. later in shorts & tee shirt after he went in with long pants & long sleeve shirt! All the while his boat tied up the dock & no one else could launch!   And to top it off the 2 guys working the launch sat in the building doing nothing to clean the dock covered with crap.  I did let my feelings be known before I left!

 The guys that park just their trucks/cars in spots that are for trucks/cars WITH trailers are the one s that PO me. They should park in the spots just for cars!  Park on the edges of the lot or grass don't use the trailer spots.   I have also had guys back their trailer in front of my boat at the dock while I went to get my trailer, I get back & I can't back in to get my boat out of the water because they are in the way, come on really!!  Another time a guy asked if he could go ahead of me while I was getting my boat ready to launch, I said yes nly to get to the launch & find him in the launch just putting in his skis, coolers,  lines, bumpers etc. I ended up waiting 5 min. for him.   never happened again!

  Has anyone ever tried the dryer fabric softener sheets? I heard if you rub them on your skin they should work.

  Wash fish slim/smell off the floor/carpet & gunnels once in awhile using a soap, no flies!

  Ray4852,  Then small boat is not run by the NFTA. anymore. It was taken over by the state a few years back which made it a state park, & they are the one's that put in the new launch . It is their design along with the Army corp. of engineers. & it was their way or nothing!  People can't figure out why they just didn't make the new launches like the old ones that worked great for years.?

  Don't let them screw it up like the one they (gov't.) just built in the Buffalo small boat harbor. A person alone can't even launch a boat, Its a really a bad set up.  They spent millions of $$ for junk.  They would not listen to the people that use it.

  Great, makes one wonder what the problem was in the first?  nuts!
