Labor Day Weekend - Oak? or Fairhaven? I ususally try and go for a week but this year with limited time this is the only period when I can make it. The big question is drive the extra two hours to the Oak or just go to Fairhaven? I went to the Oak two summers ago and thought the fishing was much better but that was in early August.....caught plenty of fish out of Fairhaven too so I'm torn. Opinions appreciated.

Thanks Rail.....I was thinking it was more than that so now I have a few extra $ in my pocket for more lures.

I will be headed there in a few weeks for the first time and I'm curious as to what way out is in miles?

times too, How has the fishing been? I wanted to try the Oak last year but could not find a mate to tag along. This year were going for a week and looking to possibly trying 4c's. We have been staying in Fairhaven for the last 6 years, no complaints but it's nice to try somewhere new. Thanks, Jim
