Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United mobile appYea I picked up a Tiara 2700. But still really wanted to see this boat. Looks perfect. If you need to let some rods/reels go, shoot me a pm.

Say one wanted to try and jig for these chickens......how would one go about doing it?

I'm with Passalugo. Switched to Wac 'em 3 and 4 blade broadheads and they are nearly as accurate out to 40 yards (as far as I care to shoot at deer) as my field tips. I've taken multiple deer with them from 15-35 yards and have yet to damage one. (tested multiple times and still fly true). And can usually find them for a cheaper price than most broadheads.

If this is a hit, look for taller boxes/foam for the walleye guys with harnesses

I typically run the twinkie style, but have a few clean ones made up if I want to make a small change. I haven't had a reason to run a clean one yet.

I have 100 new, (18 pulled) .264" 143gr Hornady ELD-X bullets. Decided to go the Barnes route, so these need to go. $30 if picked up.

I use Pautzke and trying Pro-cure. I typically brine for 24-48 hours, the make packages of 6-8 and vacuum seal. I might try coating in Borax first, then brine as I have noticed the scales don't stay on as well as I had hoped.

I have two complete fish hawk 840 units.... Two displays with wiring, two probes, and one transducer. $200 shipped, $175 picked up.

I would have to disagree. I've been using thE cabelas depthmaster (Okuma convector knockoff I believe) for my wire dipseys for the last 5 years and have had zero issues. I 100% agree a higher quality reel would probably be better, but I haven't had a reason to swap it out yet. As with anything equipment related, YMMV.I noticed an Okuma Convector in the background. I found the drags on the convectors to be too sticky- not smooth enough for no-stretch wire rigs IMO. You may want to consider upgrading to Tekotas with Christmas approaching lol.

The only downfall that I can come up with is that I rarely use the 220 anymore since the county I hunt in went to rifle. Now the only hard choice I have is the 7mm08 vs 257 Roberts Ackley Improved 40 deg....
That 257ai has to boogie

If you are looking for a set it and forget it scope, very few people have issues with the loopys. If you are gunna be twisting turrets, look for something with more durable erectors.

2 riggers sold, 1 left.

#3 Chinook diver in the spring, and #5 rest of the season. Once the release is dialed in, those things are aweome.

went out Tuesday night, starting in 150 and got into them at 170. Tons of bait out there. That may be my starting point tomorrow night, too.
