  1. Hey guys, so I want to fish Ontario this weekend. But my kicker motor is in for spring maintenance. Just was wondering if anyone had any tips or tricks to slow my boat down to the 2.0 mph range. I was thinking maybe a drift sock? Or put something on my big motor? It's a 18' boat with a 120 hp mercury on it. Any info is greatly appreciated. Also is running my big motor down in rpm's bad for It?

  2. I have two cannon lake trolls for sale. I bought them used off a person on here a few years ago. They worked really well on my small boat. I just recently bought a bigger boat so I'm selling the stuff off the little boat. Comes with the tab lock bases. They work great. Both have 100' or more of stainless steel cable in very good shape. Asking 150 for everything. Thanks.

  3. So I Got a couple of these reels laying around. I wanna use them up on lake Ontario this year. Would they make a good leadcore rig? Maybe have one reel a 3 color core and the other a 5 color core? Or a 5 and 7 color core? Or would they be better as downrigger rods? I have them on the Okuma classic pro GLX rods. 8'6". And what's everyone like for backing? I've always used power pro or something close. Just was curious on everyone's thoughts. Thanks again, Codie
