Hearing my hounds chase a critter, and trying to get a fish to bite
  1. Sat and Sunday temp was 50 degrees 110 over 200 fow. Sent from my XT1585 using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  2. Def 19 over the 7. You want the thinner wire for less drag through the water. You get deeper with less line. Never was told you could use copper on the dipseys. The braid on this chart I think is like power pro. Hope this chart helps Sent from my XT1585 using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  3. I venture out of Oswego but always find myself 20 miles or farther from there at the end of day this time of year. Sent from my XT1080 using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  4. If I only caught 1 % of all the fish I marked it would of been a great weekend. East and west from 100 to 650 fow there was a fish or multiple marks on the screen every 5 minutes. 100 to 200 down. I only fooled 3 Friday and 4 Saturday to only net 3 of total. Bites came on spoons, spin doctors and attractors. No particular color either. I did see a few decent coolers at the fish cleaning station with some majors. Full moon and a drastic change in water temps the last few weekends must have them tight lipped. I can't blame not catching fish on the reason of there being no fish. 6. Looking for a pair of cannon manual crank downriggers. If anyone has some to get rid of please contact me. Live in central NY and fish out of Oswego. Pick up is preferred over shipping. PM or respond in this topic. Thank you for your time!
  7. Unreal if I didn't already have a hull that I throw money into I'd buy this one in a heart beat. Its a perfect boat for lady O. Sent from my XT1080 using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  8. 7 for 8 1 brown 1 little skippey king and 5 decent Lakers 12, 14 and 15 pounds. Hammer fly took the Lakers and the browns and king came on a gator stinger. 150 to 200 showed the most bait and fish. Sent from my XT1080 using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  9. Where were they hiding? Sent from my XT1080 using Lake Ontario United mobile app

  13. Herman was pretty good about the whole deal. He was wet so he couldn't fly. We put him on the swim platform to let him dry off and rest. With in 15 minutes he was off to join the rest of his buddies. Sent from my XT1080 using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  14. Tough fishing. Marked fish in 80 to 100 fow but they were scattered from top to bottom. Fished for the kings till 10 with no takers. Went to the browns and went 6 for 11. Didn't find them till 15 fow. All on sticks. Also caught a caspen tern. He hit on a black and silver swithwick. Put up a good fight too! Sent from my XT1080 using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  15. Fished Friday. 3 footers and only a few fish. Hope the wind didn't chase them away. Sent from my XT1080 using Lake Ontario United mobile app
