    Pigsmoke, once you hook one you'll be hooked. This was the first time I dragged my boat up there, fished many years with a charter. Was able to get a 15lb one on our last trip. Good luck.

    My son and I were up this weekend, got skunked on Sat but managed a 15lb King on Sun 1 hr before we packed for home. Got her in 190 feet of water down about 100 ft, not sure on temp as probe was being temperamental. Used a watermelon SD with a green and white fly. Plan is to be back up there in a month, hopefully they will not be gone by then.

    Stopped in to Warren's last week as I was up there for a non-fishing vacation with the better half. They have a great supply of tackle. The help was not too knowledgeable on what was happening. Their prices were competitive. Good luck. I will be up in the Mexico bay area the middle of next month.
