    I have a Lowrance hds-5 gen 2. Is there certain settings to which marking fish is easy? I use this unit ice fishing and love it but trolling on the lake I seldom ever mark fish I keep seeing posts of pics of Fishfinder screens with big hooks on them and I've never had that Obviously I must be doing something wrong but for the life of me can't figure it out. Please help Maybe a bad transducer? It seems to mark depth fine though

    I must be an oddball. I learned on rhomer releases (sp). And continue to do so because that's what I know. Any thoughts on these? After reading this my new riggers will get blacks.

    Wow that sux. That's what I invision happening to me. On another note. If I bought a swivel mount that slides into Bert's track. Is the little 1/4 in lip on the track going to hold the rigger or do I have to bolt the base to the track?

    Just bought a new pair of mag 10 stx riggers. Heard about problems with bases breaking and riggers ending up on the bottom of the drink. Has anyone else heard this? I'd seriously have a heart attack if this happened.
