  2. I had a few peeps that I ran off during deer season 4 or 5 years ago sneaking onto my back section of our property in Almond. As soon as I started hanging trail cams in the park spots and on all the main trails the trespassing stopped. I haven't had one stolen yet fairly remote back there I keep several old non operational rigs hanging in plain sight.

I think this helps alot and all kinds of signs all along the borders be obnoxious it looks like someone is serious.

X2 on everything that you said. I do the same exact thing to a tee !!! Tons of signs and tons of cams!! I have many many bordering land owners and they constantly keep selling and I get new neighbors to deal with! I try to meet them as soon as possible and before deer season if possible and let it be known there is guys hunting in the back half of my land so no trespassing and if any of them hunt or will have hunters if a shot wounded deer crosses my stone wall fences to simply make sure I am called before anyone trespasses on my land and I will do the same in return. And I give them my cell number and its on my posted signs if anyone else back there needs it. Lol.

But I actually caught guys on four wheelers riding the first year I bought it during bow season. And got out of my stand and surprised them in a narrow trail and told them to shut them down!! Mind you I just put up a 100 posted signs !! " I said can u guys read?"

They looked at me real concerned !! Lol

Full camo and bow in my hand. Lol.

Next me : "you got to be kidding me you didn't see the posted signs ?"

    No they said!!

Me: I looked and said really I just put them up !!

Long story short the one guy I caught trespassing a nieghbor from down the street is now my foreman and has worked for me for 10 years straight and we became great friend and hunting buddies.

First time we met he was a trespasser. Lol

  3. Legacy. I have owned both moultrie and wild game.

Neither company do repairs or service there cams. I had the same problem about 20 cams half working and the other half not. I called wild game and they said your cam is 2 yrs old I said yes then he says there is nothing we can do for you we do not fix them.

So I said what should I do with it?

He said it's totally up to you !!

Me : so basically it's garbage might as well toss it out!!

Him: it's your camera do what you want with it !!!!

Never again will I buy wild game innovations cams again.

Since I have been getting cuddebacks great cams and great customer service and they have the best warranty out to 5yrs and actually fix and sell parts for them.

$99 to $150. Worth every dime

  4. Triple 15 after its up and growing and dark green not lite green.

I always start all mine with triple19!!

If it is a clover plot 6/24/24 is the best for existing clover !!

You can use triple 19 anytime to start or increase growth !!

What's good about triple 19 is it don't take as many pounds of it to get great results. The lower numbers you will need more bags of to see good results. And be putting more junk in your soil you may or may not need.

    Soil tests are great to.

Some bags of plot might say 300 pounds per acre of triple 13..

I would use a 150 pounds of triple 19 with great results. The Crop center guy turned me on to this way. Hope it helps.

  5. I buy all my seeds and fertilizers from a crop center same as all the farmers do.

    I get ladino clover for $7 to $8 a pound !

And get Triple 19 fertilizer for as low as $12.50 per 50 lb bags.

As far as lime I get from my local stone quarry for $11.00 a ton !!

The round up ready corn seed is pricey but worth it if no one has corn planted within 5 or 10 miles of your stand!! I have been food plotting for 10 yrs and plant a few acres atleast each year.

  6. Fish 307 in the Lake George area has a similar spoon called the Plazma spoon, very much like the suttons. Look up their web site and I'm sure you can find latter back tape to doctor them up as well, good luck!!!

Thank you!!! I am familiar with them spoons at Jeff's store fish 307 in LG.

We have a camp up there and I go in all the time. They are similar but it's just not the same even if you add the tape. Thanks.

  7. I can try and fill in what SK8man has to say. His name was Bill Quin.He had a cottage on the south end of Seneca Lake.Probably if I dug through my Father's tackle boxes I could find some in there.

Fishy I was hoping someone maybe had a couple to part with, I mean don't go out of your way but much appreciated.

I like others have had some luck on them and I guess I am getting older now as guys speak of these lures as somewhat antiques.

    Lol. Thanks.

  8. Sk8. Thanks. Yes your rit on they are a finger lakes thing I actually got mine from a shop on the finger lakes all doctored up with eyes and tape. At that time the store said buy what you can cause he wasn't making any more, Jeshh that's been 15 plus years.
