which marinas (south shore),east of rochester are the most salmon fisherman friendly? i 've been checking out different marinas east of rochester and was wondering which marinas are more salmon fisherman friendly,for example fairpoint marina is nice place ,but to me it looked like it was more for sailing and bass fishing ? i'm not knocking fairpoint ,just needed and example

Yankee troller what do you consider the best area ,new York side . for salmon. East of oak I'm in Mexico Bay this season but looking for more productive location

hello, have the dual axis rod holders on track ,and i like the pin system they have for slotted rod gimbel ,to keep counter on top ,so you can see line counter ,does cannon or scotty make downrigger rod holders that have this pin system in the rod holder? thanx

hello,i had my boat at mikes marina 2 seasons ago girlfriend and i really liked it up there,was ill this year and couldn't get boat out of my driveway, the year before my father was ill and couldn't leave my area,what i was wondering is if anything changed after mikes passing,did they sell marina or are they still running it ,looking forward to get back to mikes next may. can anyone give me some back ground on past 2 season at mikes or should i look at another marina, like i said we really liked being at mikes and hope they are still going strong

hello, switching to braid on all my downriggers ,how can i use my pro troll black box with no wire DR in the water,anybody ever use the transom wire from pro troll ,will that work?

hello, i have 4 electric downriggers on boat ,all wired to battery,with fuse, has anyone put all their downriggers on a fused junction block and set up a power switch ,so downriggers are not on ,and drawing power when not in use thanx ,and if so how did you set it up

new to salmon fishing ,i see alot of fishing boats (hardtop boats) have there spoons and flies all ready to go hanging from interior side of boat ,leaders already to go ,some boats have hundreds hanging ,can anybody put pics up that show how i can do this on my boat . i have 1988 thompson 240 fisherman hardtop,right now i have my spoons and flies with leaders wrapped around noodles ,works but like the setup on boats ive seen ,any help appreciated thanx
