SUMMARY & FURTHER DETAILS Did'nt seem to matter what color the water was it was more the depth and speed, Moved in close to shore nothing, Moved back out to 18-20 ft found them again. Most fish were 4-6 pound range,Got one nice one 10 plus, Lost one at the back of the boat. Then the bite turned off. Talked to a couple other guys that went east , He caught 1, The other skunked. All in all first trip shake down turned out good. Not alot of boats out there.

  2. Iv'e caught a few in Northern Quebec over 7ft, Like another guy said on this thread. The small ones have really sharp like body armor on their sides and the big ones are dull. We also ate a couple small ones, Believe it or not they taste better than the walleyes. Iv'e also helped my Cree Indian buddies take them out of the gill nets, Seen some real giant ones, They had to be over 150 years old. The females they let go. For some reason they have their own laws on Indian owned territories,, Like no laws! We've caught pike up there that weighed over 50 pounds , All i can say is, these fish all came from hudson bay at one time. Walleyes, you catch one every two or three minutes, like you would catch sunfish here, you throw the 10 pounders back, they're small.

  3. Need to get rid of this stuff, (wife says I have too much stuff ;( ) I have 14 Big Weenie flies, 2 a-tomic tournament series, So thats 16 new flies ready to go, in packages. Spoons are mostly michigan stinger, mags- stingrays- stingers. 24 mags- 18 stingrays- 41 stingers, 11 nk 28s, 1dw, 4 unknown. This stuff is 99.5% NEW never seen water, Well over $ 500.00 bucks worth of stuff, Id rather not split this stuff up, Like to sell as a whole lot. $400.00 if you pick up, $425.00 if i ship. Im looking for a set of Bigjon Otter boats if somebody wants to make a partial trade. PM me if interested, FISH-ON! (click on photos to enlarge)

  4. This is why i buy mine now, Who wants to go out at 10 at night for nothing, Im not using them for bait. Also, i don't think theres a limit on how many you can buy from a store. Yes iv'e seen truck loads of them pulled from cayuga in 5gal. pals, Thats no joke, The old milikan station was noted for it, Guys would use nets with 20 foot handles wade out up to your armpits, One dip net is overflowing with smelt, This went on for years, Thats probably why they're gone.
