    Finally put down the swords and took my son to Fishing Creek. He's been battling addiction for over 10 yrs now. I know there's alot of folks in the same situation. He's been locked up, wrecked several cars, od'd twice. Not looking for simpithy here, having 32 yrs clean and sober myself. My point is that it's a fd up world we live in but sometimes just standing still in a favorite fishing hole can be more cleansing than imaginable. He has 9 months clean now, still alive. And yes we had a few rainbows sacrifice themselves to the fly.

    Thanks. Hopefully the lake lays down a lilttle. 2to4’s all day today. I got 2 emergency septic systems to replace next week and the following week there lifting the ban for construction. Definitely gonna enjoy sleeping in the boat tonight and maybe tomorrow cause it wont happen for a while.

    Stupid mistake

    I did similar with a 16 foot jon boat.

    New bunks on , the slippery white runner's on it which was great vs the carpet bunks.

    Me and s buddy ,duck hunting ,launching in the dark.

    Took the straps and hook off , buddy was holding the rope.

    Got in the truck, clinked into reverse, boat slipped off (steep ramp ).

    Ok put it back on and launched . Got my lab in the boat and away we go in the salt water marsh.

    Remember its dark , the dog wont settle or sit as usual, why you ask, well the boat was filling with water .

    Cracked the weld where the transom met the bottom.

    Continued hunting and kept pulling the back of boat up on the mud as the tide came up.

    I wouldnt say its political either. I mean why would the 1% aka our elected officials want to kill a world economy and loose their shirts? They already lost millions just in the stock market. What the Donald says is what the Donald says everyone is used to him by now or should be. Thats why he is going to sweep the election. They are used to him. I do believe however the media is political...That I do! If you break it down they are the most biased and uncontrolled influence this country has.....Its all about ratings for them nothing else. They make mountains out of molehills for money. And they dont care who they hurt and rarely retract anything like they should.....
