  15. Wow that was something I didn't know. I run two fish finders so I must be pinging the **** out of them. You've all gave me some good information and advice which will be used tomorrow (friday). Hopefully fish will cooperate. Thank you all for the information and encouragement. I usually do not have much of a problem catching fish. Catch a lot of Lakers night trolling in the finger lakes and two years ago we killed the salmon out of Oswego. Only caught two last season. Nothing yet but maybe tomorrow. Have you ever heard of anybody trolling at night ? No boat traffic then. Works well for Lakers. Thanks again. Artemas Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N920A using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  16. Well I have been using 18'to 25' behind the ball but through reading different post I believe I need to lengthen them quite a bit. Like 75' to 100'. My speed at gps is between 1.5 to 3 mph generally I'm at 2 to 2.5 but be trying different speeds to make something happen. Using ff spoons, dipsey , lead core and Jplugs. 130 fow to 50 fowl. Manage one small Laker and lost one other fish out of 5 days of fishing so far. I'm heading back up this Friday to try to put a salmon in the boat. Getting frustrated to say the least. 25. 8-12 hook ups but always lose a few. Average around 10 per 4 hour trip . Some nights less some more. I'd have to look in my log book but one trip we only went 1 for 4. That was the worst night we've had this year. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N920A using Lake Ontario United mobile app
