  1. Is it true that chaumont bay doesnt have a daily perch limit? Sent from my SM-G950U using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  2. Have a few questions about the bay. We spend a few weekends every summer in cape vincent and take our little 16 foot bass tracker in mud bay and past the bay to the lake when its not to rough. Is chaumont bay to rough for a boat like this? I know its a large bay but i dont know how rough it gets. Also im not asking you guys to reveal your hunny holes but any tips on where to fish walleye on the bay? How deep? Im sure most stick baits would work fine as long as i can get them deep. What time of the year do the walleye stay in the bay or go deeper into the lake? I spend 99% of my time targeting pike and bass so walleye fishing is a whole new game to me. Any advice would be great. Sent from my SM-G950U using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  3. Do you have any left or did you sell them all? Do they still make these? Sent from my SM-G950U using Lake Ontario United mobile app

  5. Not sure if anybody has posted about this yet but this saturday the 19th there will be a pike and perch derby. From what i understand you can fish any local hard water. The weigh in is at romigs tavern in greece from 2:30-3:00. Cash prizes for 1st,2nd,3rd place. You can call romigs tavern or stop in at romigs to sign up only 20$ enter. Money will be refunded if weather doesnt cooperate. I am not affiliated with romigs or the derby so call them for anymore information i just wanted to spread the word, should be fun for everybody not super competitive. 6. Came across a crazy good deal on a tacker 16 foot V on craigslist with a newer honda outboard that i believe was a 50hp. Guy was asking 2200$ on rochester craigslist. Sent from my SM-G950U using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  7. I have a vortex on one of my rifles (cant remember the model off the top of my head) and i like it. It very clear easy to adjust and is pretty solid. They are probably the best bang for your buck. The warrenty is second to non. You can literally smash it with a hammer and run it over with your truck and they will send you a new one no questions asked. As far as shotgun i love my beretta a400 but thats more of a bird/trap gun for me. I have my trusty mossberg 500 with rifled barrel and it has never let me down but there are much better options out there if you are in a shotgun zone and that will be your goto firearm for years to come. If you have some cash to spend i would go for an ithica deer slayer. Sent from my SM-G950U using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  8. Nice trailer used alot this summer. Tows nice. Has some flaws but overall a nIce family camper. Has a master bed room with a pull out couch in the kitchen and the kitchen table also folds in to a bed so you can sleep 4-6. The only problem is that the water heater it unhooked from the last owner and we dont know why. We never tried hooking it back up because we never hook this camper up to water we have normal bathrooms at our campsite. Camper is not perfect but like i said we used it all summer and we enjoyed it. We want to sell to help with closing costs on new house. Would be great for hunting or keep it in the islands or finger lakes over the summer for fishing!Text me at 5859535794 decent camper but dont waste my time expecting a brand new camper. Looking for 2000$ Sent from my SM-G950U using Lake Ontario United mobile app

  11. Has anybody ever used a boyds wood stock for a rifle? I wat hed some videos on them and people seem to love them but when i read reviews on google people have bad thing to say about customer service and sometimes the mags not fitting correctly. These are nice looking stocks for a great price and would love one for my savage .270. Sent from my SM-G950U using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  12. I saw a big body on the side of 490 thismorning with no head. Is it legal to take the heads off of these bucks? Sent from my SM-G950U using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  13. Thanks fellas for the feedback. I will start looking for a set up this week like i said hopefully i can grab one after the holidays. Do you guys thing i should buy a combo with a scope or should i buy the muzzle loader itself and add a scope. I would assume putting my own scope on it would be the best idea. Money is not really a problem considering i have till next fall to save up and get a nice rig together. Again any feed back would be very helpful. 14. What kind of muzzle loaders are you guys using? Dont know a ton about them and would like to have one for next year. Wish i would have got one before this season so i could get it sighted in and get comfortable. I will probably try to get one after the holidays. Any suggestions? What about ammo?
