  1. The geese decided to feed last night in the field we hunted in the morning. So why not hunt it again . This morning was heavy fog it had the birds kind of messed up as to where to go and what field to feed in cuz u couldn't see shlt. Picked at a couple flocks and small packs then. When the fog lifted it seemed like some more flocks moved around as the morning went on . 930 was about it for us. We ended with 35 again. Probably saw 5 migrator flocks one flock that decided to come in and a mile high solo . Can't beat them ones that come down balled up that high. Took my buddy's kid out for his first hunt he passed his test last night so he couldn't hunt this morning but had a awesome experience. Sent from my Pixel XL using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  2. Did some driving around this week and the farmer cut some corn . It took a couple days to build up enough to hunt. So we hunted it this morning. Had great action from 7 to 8 then it slowed right down. I think we ended at 35, 1 band. Seen some late flocks flying on my way home. A nice push of birds for the last Saturday would be great. 3. Got away Thursday night and did some scouting with my buddy and found a field with 100 in it. We hunted it this morning . Had the a frame up looked dumb as usual but good enough to fool a pair , and 2 flocks. Most of the birds came at once but with all the flocks flying around those ones never worked. Sky had a blast getting back on them birds. Sent from my Pixel XL using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  4. Seasons finally here , I haven't done much of anything this year as for scouting or looking for new spots. Just a couple geese at the lease pond . Feel free to post pics of your hunts. Good luck to all this year !!! Sent from my Pixel XL using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  5. I must read your post slower.... Lol dry suit I see [emoji6] Sent from my Pixel XL using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  6. Just jeans and a hoodie most of the time !! Wetsuits only for diving and I don't plan on that [emoji23] . Can't believe I don't see more people out there in kayak's. Maybe 1 at I bay if I see anyone. I'm about done for the kayak trolling, good old work is getting in the way [emoji19]. Sent from my Pixel XL using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  7. I got out mid-morning 1030ish to 12. The light north breeze was good enough to get out. Only problem I had was no colored water. So with the water being so clear I ran a good lead ( that would be a good cast 5 paddles then click the bail over ) . Went 1 for 1, Goby bayrat . Almost had another. when I was reeling in about to pull the lure out of the water and there was a nice brown right under the surface behind it....... Lol . 1 boat came out as I went in . 16ft or so . He went through the channel and around the dredge ok. Sent from my Pixel XL using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  8. I launched from a house on the lake but , the guys were still out dredging the day I was out. If it was good I would have seen a boat . River is the best launch for now. Just have to pick east or west then [emoji2]. Sent from my Pixel XL using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  9. Not sure I launched off of the lakeshore. I didn't see any other boats out there and it was nice and calm out for the most part. Sent from my Pixel XL using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  10. Bite was hot this morning out front of braddocks Fished 930 till 11. Found a patch of water that looked good and it was. Went 4 for 6 , couple other short hits that never came back. All on bayrats , Goby took all but 1. Sent from my Pixel XL using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  11. My buddy's got a 17 or 18 ft sea nymph we went out in . Sunday we were in a bass boat tolling lol. The week before I was in the kayak . My kayak is a 14 foot predator takes waves good normally the wind takes me out before the waves tho. Sent from my Pixel XL using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  12. Went east out of the bay. Fished from 4 to 6 . We went 3 for 3 all browns. 1 on a spoon , 2 on bayrats. 2 good fish 1 little guy. Sent from my Pixel XL using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  13. Was going to perch fish but the bay was a little cold with the morning south wind . Lucky I had 2 bayrats on me so we decided to troll a couple hours picked up 3 browns . Buddy's kid had a blast reeling them in. Then back in for perch, beautiful day lots of boats enjoying it [emoji12]. Sent from my Pixel XL using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  14. Lmfao, 1 bird [emoji23] then a survey is going to be sent out. Some people got some balls to send a survey when u are taking away hunting from us . Sent from my Pixel XL using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  15. I have to paddle.... [emoji19]. When I hook up with a fish I reel in my other rod and hope the fish stays pinned. To much can happen if you don't. I also keep a extra paddle in my kayak. You never know when your paddle is off the leash or the wind takes it off the kayak , might need a back up. Sent from my Pixel XL using Lake Ontario United mobile app
