Checked the weather before I left Pa.all good.   well big difference from what there sayin now. 15kn W overnight 3-5ft.  For tomarrow morning.  A lilttle to much to take my Baha out in the AM.  Lookin like I’m gonna run on another members rig whos running solo tomorrow morning and get on mine for the evening if it lays down.  
i’ll post tomarrow as I go.

I just goggled boat bein hit by waterspout. Theres a handfull of videos of 40ish ft boats bein spun right around in a circle 20ish ft   boat flipped upside down and sink.  Definitely nothing to play around with.  I would think they are way to unpredictable to think ur safe watchin from a vessel a ways away.  

Clark, u opened the door by bringin not 1 but 2 bananas on my boat.

Wow.  No fish is worth stayin out there to even video it.  My 28ft boat would be full trottle back to port while takin that video.  Hope I never see a waterspout.  No two ways about it, they have to be dangerous if landed on or around your boat big or small.

LOL i got my eskimo evo2 setup in the yard at the moment to make sure the mice didn’t reek havoc on it. And give it a lil scrubbing.  I take ice fishing maybe a lil more serious then my 6month salmon season.  

My wife sent me the pic this morning of it off facebook.  That is crazy.  Definitely not for me. I’d probly fire the other engine and motor out without pickin up the gear. Lol

Absolutely.  2-4’s on the trophy and i was gettin beat up.  Fished 3-4’s with a 5-6 here and there when that storm came two tuesdays ago and it wasnt all that bad. So much nicer fishing on the baha in the rough stuff.  But I pay for it with fuel.  Lol

Been a very long weekend and hasn’t ended yet. Family is all together and lots of support from friends. Its all good.

Nice work Mike.  Its a good sign.  More meat on the deck then last weekend.  Maybe next weekend all hell will break loose up there.  U workin in front of the dunes again? How deep?  Whats temp lookin like.  Is the water finally stabilizing?

How the hell did u get the secret out of him???? Been watchin posts for years about that garyD rig and never seen a pic. Now I have.    Gonna have to get some of them. 

I stick to what a member told me here 3-4years ago and seens to work good for me.  March for browns I run scorpion and even the smaller spoons.  Late april start runnin more standard size by july I start runnin my mags. As the years hatch of baitfish get bigger so do my spoons.  When I fillet my fish I always open there stomachs and match spoon size off the  baitfish there eating.  

I pretty much do the same as fishing fool. Sometimes I run up to 3 coppers on each side with inline boards now with the new boat. 2 450’s, 2 400’s, 2 350 all pendin lake conditions.  Last few weeks with fish down deep I ran spoons hoping for a steelie if fish are 80ft or above I’ll run  one with meat. One FF one spoon and let the fish tell me what they like better.  (If I can actually catch one).  My best setup last year , was on our honeymoon trip last week of August.  400 cooper with silver/red nose J-plug.  That rod was somethin like 12for 20.  For the 4 days we fished. 

Well I’m in the process of developing the MikeyB rig.  Might have some competition for hottest salmon rig

Well thats better then my entire weekend last trip.  Maybe there startin to come around
