  1. Thank you, right now I run 2 riggers, 2 divers, and I have a 300 copper and 300 lead. I was out this past week and the fish were 120 Fow and deeper. Made my copper and lead useless. But I was talking to my buddy and he said that buying a long copper this year might be pointless because they’ll start getting shallower. But I was thinking about the snap weight thing. I have a box of 2 oz snaps. I almost added like 4 or 5 to the copper to get it to sink more but I didn’t pull the trigger on it.
  2. Looking for some reels that either are pre spooled with 450 or 500’ copper or if not pre spooled, will fit that. I’m pretty new to this, I’ve only gone 4 times, so I’m not sure what good prices are used. lures/attractors as well.
  3. Lakers are out of season , so I didn't bother with them Sent from my LGL164VL using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  4. We went out last Friday out of Oswego. It was a nice day out there, and we didn't do too bad for our first time. Went out to about 140 FOW at the deepest point. But got most of the action between 90 and 70fow. Sent from my LGL164VL using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  5. I heard Henderson was good for Walleye as well, is that true? Sent from my LGL164VL using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  6. I always have a plan B, but I like plan A so much better! Should I just watch the weather or is there a good wave forecast site I could watch. Sent from my LGL164VL using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  7. I was hoping to drag my boat up to Oswego this Friday to do some fishin for the first time on my own, if the wave forecast holds true. I was hoping to get some Lakers, but I just read the season closes Sept 30th. What else could I go for this time of year, Browns, Salmon, maybe even walleye? I'm new to this whole great lakes thing, so please excuse my ignorance if I said something stupid. Sent from my LGL164VL using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  8. I did not take them out. Just 2 screws ? Or do I have to pull off the side panels Sent from my LGL164VL using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  9. Is there screws in the rod lockers holding the deck down as well? Sent from my LGL164VL using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  10. Ohh, so the foam must be what's getting me. Also 3 of the screws on the main deck were in basically sideways and stripped. Had to drill them out. Still gotta remove the shanks once I actually get the deck off. Thanks. I was starting to fear for the safety of that rear platform with how aggravated I was getting. You might of saved it! 11. I just bought a helix 9 mega SI, and I'm trying to remove the rear deck so I can get access to remove the old one and install the helix. But man is this thing giving me fits. Was it a pain in the ass for you, or reletivally simple? Sent from my LGL164VL using Lake Ontario United mobile app
