Check out my boat FOCUSED on lets see your rig section of this site. Page two I think. I mounted mine to my hard top also. Photos may help you some.
Wrong site seasquirrel It's on GLA page 2. Nice rig.
Ray K knows, it's tough to get old.

I like the Husky Jerks in Blue/Silver and Crayfish colors. Very good luck with the Browns last year in Oswego. Seems like they liked the slow stuff better for me last year. I tried the jointed & didn't have as good luck. Maybe it was just my speed.

Try lok tite on the clamp.

Musky,
I'll keep her in mind in case I can't find what I'm looking for, but I was looking more for something online that had pics of their styles of writing and pics of other shirt styles, etc.
(aka, I lack creativeness and vision )
Nick
If you email kind of what you want, she can email back pics of what she has done and give you an idea. Good luck

I serve it with potato logs and pan fried green beans. It smells great cooking and tastes as good as it smells.
Enjoy
Paul

THAT's why I didn't find my Easter basket :!: :!: :!: :?

Snow on the boat this time of the year is a good thing. The fish think it's an iceberg and don't shy away from it. A good recommendation is to put sandpaper on the bottom of your "sneakers" so you don't slip.

Happy Easter Everyone. May you be blessed with a safe journey all year long. :!:

Not very good pee buckets though
That's why I drilled the holes in the side 2" up from the bottom.
-
So, instead of spending $$$ on trolling bags, I should give a couple of 5 gal. plastic buckets with a 2"hole cut in the bottom tied to the forward cleats?
Yup

A 18' boat would do great with buckets. First they are cheap to try for the first time. And they float when you do neutral drops if fishing alone.
Do not forget to put the small whole in the bottom of bucket.

I've got two of them on my boat. I took a hole saw for doorknobs and drilled a hole in two sides of the bucket. This keeps them from spinning all the time. I put the holes about 2 inches from the bottom. They work great.

I just can't imagine a fishery, even the alaska oceans, with one boat sustaning a catch of " 75 tons of pollock " on a regular basis. I feel bad when I hook 1 fish deep and can't release it.
The Alaskan fisheries are well regulated. Many commercial catches are limited by a total tonnage. ie: When the total tonnage of a certain fish is caught, all commercial boats fishing for that species MUST halt fishing for that species and return to port with whatever they have in their hold. The season for that species is then closed to commercial fishing. This is STRICTLY enforced.
They are equally strict in job opportunities in Alaska. Just look at what they have to say about foreign workers: http://www.labor.state.ak.us/esd_alaska ... arning.htm
I wish other States were as strict.

(Even though someone STOLE all the tops for the pens)
Hahaha, that's what I used to do with all my pens so nobody would take them in their pockets. Old indian trick to keep track of your pens.

I just checked the Lakevision cam for Oswego & there were waves coming over the breakwall. :?
-
there was a huge oil spill up there and fairhaven will be closed for the season..
Hey guys, don't pay any attention to this post. Ray was off his meds at the time.

I use a "Digital" I bought from someone on another site. It seems to work very well for me. http://www.mycellularsolutions.com/digitalantenna.html

A nice feature of the Cannon's is the ability to follow the bottom contour and auto adjust the depth of the ball. Your fishfinder has to have this feature to accept the accessory though. I don't have these yet so I'd also like to hear from anyone who uses them.

Hey MuskyBob!
Hahah - actually, I am going to a wild guess and say that you are probably running Firefox browser? Correct? If so then simply scroll down to the bottom of the post and you will notice a scroll bar that will give you the option to scroll over to the right. If you are running Internet Explorer then the link will have wrapped across three lines of text. I am going to fix the link to make it shorter anyways, but this is just for your reference in the future.
I don't know what happened but it's all better now.
Yup I am running Firefox, but there was no scroll bar before. Everything fits in the window now though. Thanks

Thanks waterlogged. I stand corrected. I would have edited my post, but the edit button is lost in space on the right side of the screen, along with some cut off words.
Chad? Have you been playing in the pudding again?
