November 9 pm 39 degrees SW wind 5-10 Party sunny Long afternoon sit. Unfortunately I didn't see my first deer until 445. Saw a dozen does and fawns but only one buck. He was a good one. He literally walk out of the woods, across the field, scent checked a doe, and looped back to the woods. He acted like a perfect gentleman. November 9 am 25 degrees SW wind 5-15 mph Cloudy Cold and crunchy morning. Had my busy kid with me so that was great. He saw a bunch but needed just one more step from a buck to let an arrow fly. Went right back to where I was this morning and it looks like I should have never left the stand. On my way in and deer are everywhere. Small buck chasing a doe fawn. Shooter buck crossing the field. November 7 pm 33 degrees W wind 5-10 mph Cloudy becoming sunny Young bucks on their feet this pm. Bumped one walking in, had one slide past the stand, another visit the apple tree, and one other feeding in the field. Also one doe fawn visited the field and that would be it for deer. November 7 am 37 degrees NW wind 5-15 Cloudy Rain becoming snow Tough sit this morning once the rain showed up. Cold, wet, and miserable to be exact. I had a couple deer pass through in the dark but obviously couldn't tell what they were. Ihad a single doe pass by twice (I'm assuming it was the same deer) and a doe fawn pass by twice.
