  1. Great! We will be using 30 year old line in the pro am  :x Muskybob bring an extra spool and when he gets loopy after his 30th beer we'll change all the lines and he think he's a genious
  2. Bob I might have a couple (bumbers) I have to look.
  3. THAT WAS GREAT! Thought the lure or fly might move more than that though.
  4. Muskybob, Ray needs to know if 3" will be enough he's a little short
  5. Just tell everyone you got a new radio will ya.... OOPS! Instead of screwing around here on the site get to work on that damn motor will ya (you the man!) I usually try to monitor the channel your not on  I don't want to hear any of your lies about not being able to keep the fish off your lines, when really your laying in the back of the boat Buffy Style to get rid of your tan lines  :x  72 at Sandy Thanks Ray and Hank (L&M) for the help yesterday on the fuel sender switch it was much appreciated
  6. I've been doing Powder Mills Park for 20+ years now with a friend. My son, my bosses son (started 2 years ago) and another friend and his 2 sons for a few years too. Now it's time for the grandkids to start (they did the kids derby once already). We are the first ones in the park every year, start a fire and talk about years past! It's a fun time and I I want to carry on the tradition with my grandkids now.
  7. Perfect Scenario Pretty boys numbers 48,24 and 88 all crash together Nascar finds they all have illegal parts on their cars  and they all get suspended Tony just said what all the other wus As*'s all were thinking but afraid to say because they are all company tow the line pusses! I did the dirt track thing every year from around 1969 to 1980 growing up every weekend Fri, Sat, Sun. and even if there was a race during the week). So I agree with tripledeuce50 on that. JRRRRRRRRRR sucks! If his name wasn't Dale Earnhardt he wouldn't even get a mention. Instead he's rammed down our throats every week. It's now what 66 or 67 races since he's won he's just another Kyle Petty! By the way deiselhp they DID CHEAT GOT CAUGHT CHEATING 3 TIMES LAST YEAR AND A COUPLE TIMES THE YEAR BEFORE. GIBBS TEAMS ZEEEEEEEERO! BACK TO FISHING NOW
  8. dieselhp I just consider the source of those comments! He's been inhaling to much gas, propane and solder fumes or he's had his head in somebody elses toilet again. Splitshot got it correct, sort of  Seasquirrel, the looks are from my side of the family but not the hair  :x
  9. I hate you dieselhp :x 20 got screwed again this week :x
  10. No Tom it was an accurate scale. He actually weighs his fish by holding a six back in one hand and the fish in the other and comparing the weights That's the same same thing I tell Ray when we are out.
  11. The beer just for Ray cost more than the gas
  12. Thanks all of you guys! She's another beauty! Stinger you said "finish converting" doe's that mean you have started  Wait until they get older and they will beg mom to let them go with gramps on the boat. Ray "well maybe not" ! Don't scare me like that. Muskybob I think I might have to sleep with one eye open or have you keep an out out for me  :? Now I know why he wanted to climb all around me during the pro-am last year :x
  13. Well I would say this is going to be my best catch of the year. This is the latest addition to the Fishinman grandkids clan, Brianna Paige. She was "netted" after a long fight on Saturday morning. That's 12 more rods now. Gonna need a bigger boat
  14. Freeman77 you have a PM
  15. Thanks Jerry (and the rest of you) for all the info on the reel repairs and the headaches. I remember someone saying Jay - Vee now :? Glad to help keep a smile on your face Jerry but if I remember that was a fish that caused that line mess too. Bob yes there is a couch, love seat (for you and Ray to cuddle on), TV, bedroom and a full bath there too. NICCCCCCCCCCCCCCE Hey I'll do a salmon class if some of you guys want to come and attend?
  16. I know this has been covered in the past but I couldn't find the old post on here. Where is there a good place to get a repair/cleaning of diawa reels. Thanks,
  17. I agree with Ray  The Liberators do get tight and can be a pain in the you know what when you get a fish on the main line and need to get that Liberator off in a hurry. I do use both at times
  18. 2 or 3 days who you kidding  :?: ? As it was pointed out earlier here you must have made a typing error and must have meant 2 or 3 days a month Which way did the poop go that 1 day in your boat
  19. Ray, Jerry's house in Sodus Bay did have some great dry aged rib eye steaks on the grill and some awesome tenderloin sandwiches. Oh that's right I brought and cooked them there for us..... MMM Good! Let's do it again I do believe your choice would be McDonalds! No Jeremy there is no Keisil as a sous chef. You could be right I may have 1st and 2nd backwards but 3rd is in the right place . You need to quit reading the restaurant review information from the National Inquirer. Maniac hit it on the nose I think though. Nothing better than a sandwich with fish stink and blood on your hands  What about a favorite food to eat while out on the boat? Jax likes a cooler full of bananas, chocolate covered bananas, banana bread, bananas foster, banana cookies, banana cream pie, dried banana chips and good ole "BOAT TRAILER BANANA"
  20. Please! What do you guys know! The best food is at Tournedos Steak House Or it's at the Cutting Edge Cooking School Tastings would be a "DISTANT THRID". To be serious the Park Side Diner in Seabreeze for breakfast is great.
  21. Ray looking to step up I see usually the (?) goes at the end of the question
  22. Pat, I probably can't make the meeting due to the 1pm time on a Saturday (work) but please let me know about the time and date for everything else so that I can make it to those things. I know last year I got the wrong info on the dates  :x
  23. It's Harry Conick Jr.. Mick I actually love to do cook fish too,it's great to see a nice brown crisp skin on that fish when you turn it. We do a lot of fish there at the restaurant too. Thanks you guys it means a lot
  24. Man you throw up one time in 23 years of fishing on the lake and it won't go away  :x . Maybe next time I'll stay at the shack, try to get more than the 2 hrs sleep I had and you can run 2 less poles and I do believe I landed the biggest fish of the 2 days while so tired and sick that I could hardly stand. Plus I had some JOY taking care of me
