Does somebody want to explain to me why they start letting water out in the middle of August so when labor day gets here you have to pull your boat out before then because the water is to low. I mean can't they wait till 1 day after labor day so everybody can still use there boats. I know they can't make everybody happy but it can't be that hard to see there wasn't alot of snow before they kept the gates open. The science of this can't be that hard they only been doing it for years. Lets see not much snow melt don't open the gates all the way. What is Obama making these decissions on the lake levels. Oh that explains it.

Looking for a used boat trailer to haul 23.5 ft. boat. Dose not have to be in best of shape just need it to haul boat home for the winter and back to sodus point for the spring so will only use it twice a year. Don't want to spend alot of money on 1 for that reason. Also will even trade 2 91 / 92 seadoo xp's wave runners for 1 with trailer. The wave runners have been sitting in front of my cottage for the last 2 years since ran.

Yes it is true the DEC are in the process to change the law back to no dumping of human waste from the boats that travel the canal. But yes it is true boats can dump there tanks in the canal till the new law goes into effect.

Saw a program on I think channel 502 about snake heads and was just wondering if they are being see in lake ontario. I no I saw one on the beach in sodus point a year ago. When I saw it it was dead but I was like man thats a strange looking fish with alot of teeth. It showed how they where trying to kill them all off before they made it to other areas but it was to late. A guy from korea bought some at a fish market and could not eat them that day so his religion was that of he neede to set them free in this pond and thats all it took.

After reading the paper the other day I never new it was legal to dump your waste tank in the canal while using the canal now they are thinking of making it not legal to dump you human waste in the canal. What in the hell where they thinking in the first place making it legal. So I might just connect my septic system pipe right into the canal before they change the law. [ Just Kidding ]

Reeltime, Thank You. Wasn't that fishing store thats down there looking into buying it last year. I guess its every man for himself on taking the dock spaces over. I agree with you on the bank not being intrested in dock rentals plus the liabilty issue. Been parking there for 12 years now, I am gonna have to start looking all over again. Thanks Again

Hey woody JB from PFD I dock next to you over there whats going on are they not taking slips this year, kind of late to be looking around. Can you let me know or keep me informed about whats going on or should I start looking. Thanks JB

I think all you charter captains should buy it, just get 15 of you charter captains at alittle under 25,000 a peice and you can own it. You can turn it into the best little fishing place on lake ontario. Just don't kick me out of my slip cause I don't fish. The place has potential just needs alot of TLC. I am just glad I have a place to slip this year because it is one of the most conveinece places to dock. Everthing is in walking distance and parking is no hassle. You first need to change the inside to make it look like your not in a bingo hall for breakfast. Oh yea if you do buy it don't up the docking.
